Here’s how I generated this U.S. Polo sequence using Kling 3.0 + Calico AI: → The Input: A start frame and an end frame to lock in the subject and composition. → The Prompt: Don't just ask for a "cool video." Just tested Runway Aleph 2.0 and this blew my mind a bit lol I saw a video like this when Aleph first released and with the new Aleph 2.0 I wanted to create my own version. You basically select a single frame from the video, apply a change to that specific frame using Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2 or Gen-4 and based on the newly generated image Aleph propagates the change through the entire shot. It's really cool seeing the whole sequence adapt from just one edited frame

This is literally the easiest way to build an AI agent. Zero code. You only need to run a couple of commands. (I've said this before, but Google ADK is my favorite way to build code-first agents.) Here is what you need to do: 1. Open your terminal and create an empty folder 2. Run `uv init` inside the folder (if you don't have uv installed, you are really missing out!) 3. Install the google-adk library using the following command: `uv add google-adk`. 4. At this point, you can use the ask to create your agent with a single command: `uv run adk create --type=config my_agent`. This will ask you a couple of questions, including your GEMINI_API_KEY (you can create one online). 5. The command above will create a my_agent/root_agent.yaml file. Open it and add the following two lines at the end of the file so your agent can use Google to search for stuff: tools: - name: google_search 6. You have everything you need now. Run the adk web interface and start playing with your agent: `uv run adk web` That's it! Literally zero code. The agent works off the YAML configuration file.

While building SEV0, I ran into moments where natural language prompting just wasn't enough - too vague, too indirect. So I started using a method that bridges that gap. I call it Bridged Prompting - a technique where you temporarily step out of the prompt-response loop to manipulate something directly using an AI-generated UI, then step back in. Think of it like GenUI, but more user-driven and transient. AI generates a UI on-the-fly, tailored to your prompt, and lets you manipulate the artifact directly before resuming the conversation. Sure, you could build a full tool, switch tabs, wire it up and round-trip your data. But with Bridged Prompting, the AI just spins up a temporary interface right in the flow. In the video below, I used it to construct the hallway system to closely match the layout of the severed floor. This is something I needed to do for this one project, this one time - I didn't need to make a whole separate app. Bridged Prompting lets you: - Make precise edits visually or structurally - "Hit save" to persist changes to local storage or a backend - Return to your natural language prompt
