Property Investors come this side

I don’t agree with his simplistic view. Rental property doesn’t give returns immediately, that’s a pipe dream. Over and above the rental income which will most probably cover your bond only, you will still need to pay other costs, i.e levies, municipal rates and other expenses

Let’s agree with your view, how does buying a home help you expand your property portfolio? The comparison is between owning a home or buying an investment property. The speaker knows that there are other factors to consider

Great advice. If my people just held back on that German sedan they could do so much more

Buying a rental property in a township is more profitable than an apartment in a affluent area. If you get a bond of 1M buy a house for R500 000 and build a double storey with 8 rooms with a rental of R2500 a month that will give you a rental income of R20 000 a month.

Buy a rental property then refinance the same rental property for 80% of its value to buy a second property and so on and so forth.

Thinking next month you will get a profit is a fallacy 🙆🏿♂️🙆🏿♂️

Nonsensical advice

All property owners and businesses people started their businesses on a loan, debt of some sort. If u have an affordability of R1m go buy property to lease out, make sure the rental fee covers the monthly property expenses, the use the good credit to get more property. Simple

Property is a loong term game you won’t reap the rewards now don’t let these broke gurus fool you
