I'm no property expert, but my reasoning is this: buying is better bc in the end, I'll have ownership of the property. If I were to relocate before I finish paying, I can always rent it to someone else, meaning that no matter where I am in the world, that property remains mine.

But this guys video caption of buying a house being overrated is misleading. Even his argument applies only to him and not the general public. He should’ve used a different caption, wasted my time watching this 🤦🏿‍♂️

You definitely need a house/home of your own especially as a traveler. The best time to invest in that is when you still have the money, time, energy. I have never heard a home owner say they regret buying a house.
