Dr. Abhishek Shukla (Senior Geriatrician) in conversation with Dr. Rohit Kapoor (MCh Urology) a senior urologist, to discuss a very common problem seen in elderly men—weak urine flow, frequent urination, and the feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.” Dr. Abhishek Shukla asked, “Many senior citizens complain that their urinary stream has become weak, urine comes drop by drop or intermittently, and they need to wake up multiple times at night to pass urine. Even after urinating, they feel that the bladder is not empty. What could be the reason?” Dr. Rohit Kapoor explained that these symptoms are most commonly related to the prostate gland. The prostate is a small gland located below the urinary bladder and surrounds the urinary passage (urethra). As men grow older, the prostate often enlarges and can obstruct the urine flow. He explained that this enlargement may be Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), which is non-cancerous and very common with aging. In many cases, medicines can effectively control symptoms. However, an important point is that the size of the prostate alone does not decide treatment. A large prostate does not always need surgery if symptoms are controlled with medicines. On the other hand, even a smaller prostate can cause severe blockage and may require surgery if medicines fail. Dr. Kapoor also emphasized the importance of PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) testing for men above 50 years of age. Along with ultrasound and uroflowmetry, PSA helps detect prostate cancer early. He advised that every man above 50 should get a PSA test yearly. Dr. Abhishek Shukla concluded by reminding viewers that urinary problems should never be ignored. Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent complications and improve quality of life. 🆘 It is absolutely baffling to see this Physician Assistant bragging about her role in colorectal surgery at Royal Berkshire Trust Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust , She is the first assistant in theatre (a spot historically occupied by registrars and CST doctors) and is looking forward to running her own abscess list ☠️ ⭕️ Imagine having this PA leading an abscess drainage operation with only remote supervision from consultants. ⭕️ She is also supervising junior doctors on the wards, who are left drafting discharge letters for her patients. ⭕️ Do they even have surgical registrars who should be first assisting in operations? At this rate, medical school is starting to look like an optional hobby.

This was my first HoLEP with an indurated or stony prostate (fixed to the rectum) due to Cancer Gleason 4+3 and PSA of 28. Patient in urinary retention with an indwelling catheter, to be honest, I was not sure that he had dissection planes, so we prepared the bipolar for TURP, to my pleasant surprise it was easier than expected, with some moments of small bleeding. My first assessment of the terror attack in New Orleans: Terrorist was reportedly wearing full body armor, exchanged fire with police, used rented car packed with explosives, and was carrying an ISIS flag This was clearly organized terrorism. The only question is, by whom? Is this actually ISIS, or is it someone else wanting it to look like ISIS? And ISIS is a proxy of the CIA. This also looks dangerously similar to the multiple terror attacks in Russia like the Crocus City Hall massacre, which were carried out by Ukrainian/CIA assets. Louisiana also just declared state of emergency, postponed the Sugar Bowl in NOLA, and reportedly there are other accomplices at large. In conclusion, it’s either the CIA by some level of separation, or just some random highly organized terrorist that just wanted to kill people. I strongly lean towards CIA and their affiliates. Either way, not good. I would advise everyone to avoid cities and large events until further notice.

For everyone who is saying that President Trump and FEMA have decided to abandon Western North Carolina... ...that is 100% FALSE I've talked to the director of FEMA personally to understand what is going on here and most of these posts clearly and intentionally misrepresent the truth. Trump did NOT deny North Carolina’s request for FEMA relief, that's a lie and is even negated by the letter sent to Governor Stein, which oddly enough, he did not post. What FEMA has done, and is explained clearly in the letter sent to Governor Stein, but seems intentionally misrepresented in many of the posts I've seen, is deny 100% reimbursement rates for debris removal and emergency services (search and rescue, for example) for Western North Carolina, but still has approved funding the VAST MAJORITY of the cost share (75%) of those two items anyway. To me, this seems appropriate as 6 months has gone by and 100% of the right-of-way debris has been removed and what is left is mostly private property debris removal, which again... FEMA will still reimburse the majority of that. Any individual or small town applying to FEMA or waiting on FEMA reimbursement will receive what they are owed, 100% of it. Do not believe the clickbait liberal posts, they are intentionally trying to anger you. This Zimbabwean member of parliament whose parliamentary submission has gone viral is making a valid point based on peer-reviewed research. She is essentially saying that men who have regular sex are also reducing their risk of prostate cancer. Just received this: "Hi - I wanted to share a short video from two patients who wanted to personally thank CZ for the difference he has made in their lives. One is a woman who had life-saving heart valve surgery after years of struggling to breathe, and walk far. The other is a 17 year old young man who couldn’t open his mouth more than a small gap because of severe jaw disease — he couldn’t speak clearly or eat properly. After surgery in Chiang Mai, he can open his mouth freely now and share his voice again. This support didn’t just give them treatment — it gave them back their health, dignity, and hope." I didn't choose or meet the two in the videos. The work is done by the charity organizations shown in the video. Every little bit helps.
