For everyone who is saying that President Trump and FEMA have decided to abandon Western North Carolina... ...that is 100% FALSE I've talked to the director of FEMA personally to understand what is going on here and most of these posts clearly and intentionally misrepresent the truth. Trump did NOT deny North Carolina’s request for FEMA relief, that's a lie and is even negated by the letter sent to Governor Stein, which oddly enough, he did not post.
