Jensen Huang says agentic AI is not a chatbot. It is a "digital robot" -- and the next bottleneck is not the model. It is first-person data. "Agentic AI is just a digital robot. It understands, it reasons, it plans, and it acts and uses tools." Then he makes the bigger jump: "The world's video data is from a third person, not first person. And so agentic systems, robotic systems, physical AI -- the data is the hardest problem." That is the hidden constraint in robotics. LLMs got the internet. Physical AI needs demonstrations, synthetic worlds, reinforcement learning, and first-person experience. This is why Jensen keeps calling it a stack: robots are not waiting for one magical model. They need the data engine, the simulator, the reward system, the runtime, and the computer. The next wave of AI is not just software that talks. It is software that sees, plans, acts, and eventually moves through the world.

The bottleneck exists because recording demonstrations is easy, but labeling every grasp, hold, move, and release is slow and expensive. Perceptron Egocentric dropped a new robotics video annotation system. You give it raw robot-camera or first-person/egocentric video. It gives back structured labels that look more like training data: where each small manipulation starts and ends, what the subtask is, what each hand is doing, where the hands are frame by frame, and which hand is left or right. So, Input: raw video of a person or robot doing a task. Output: a machine-readable breakdown of the physical actions inside that video. Basically, it is a machine that converts robot video into policy-training supervision. That means timestamps, subtask boundaries, per-hand actions, and left-right hand grounding. So this will turn large piles of robot or egocentric video into supervision for training robot policies.

The First “Killer Robot” ever seen. Mechanical Man (1921) is an Italian science fiction film from the silent era. It is an interesting and rare film. It prominently features a robot as it's primary antagonist, or at least as a part of the primary antagonist. The robot is controlled remotely by a nefarious operator. At the end of the film she is defeated when she is separated from the remote control. While this movie may have the first killer robot on film. The debate on the first movie robot is a difficult one to put to rest. If the definition of a robot is stretched much earlier movies feature some kind of artificially intelligent machine. There are also a few lost serials and films which featured some kind of robotic creature from the 1910s, I have found a source I am investigating for these films.

This is not funny, and I'll tell you why. This is what happens when you use government-subsidized Intel chips. You don't wanna put them inside a robot. We should have never funded that company. It should have died, and now any Intel chip in a robot, that's what happens when they get near fries. Maybe the idea of a kill switch is not a bad idea. Like, just pull one of its eyes out, it stops right there. That's the way it should be.

The robot has two magnetic wheels driven by geared motors and an elastic tail to improve stability. In the front part of the robot, there is a miniature wireless camera. The robot is remotely teleoperated & the video signal from the camera is displayed to the operator on a portable screen. Let's wait and perhaps the robot will become more autonomous over time. Big fan of robots that make the world a safer place for humans.
