@NALC_National Brian. How hard is it to just tell them what the letter carrier wants and if they don't come close to it then send it to arbitration.

@NALC_National Brian as a CCA for 6 years and now who has been regular for 7 years I'm not impressed with the NALC. The only positive change that I've witnessed is PTF conversion after 2 years. That's it. (YES I expect basic general wage increases and COAL's).
