High protein dinner is served and doesn’t it look delicious? I think this is what’s known as the Carnivore Diet.

DIET He eats a high protein low carb diet. Daily meals include Hainanese chicken, fish, rice, eggs & legumes. He also prioritizes water intake & limits sugar, preferring to consume it during the daytime if necessary. He attributes 70% of his youthful appearance to his diet.

The US "diet industry" makes over $70 billion a year... Yet Americans are fatter than ever. Why? They sell you useless fad diets and supplements that don't work. Here are the only 8 diet rules you need for fat loss (bookmark this): 🧵 1. Eat 150g+ of protein a day

5) Diet: High protein + low carb + caloric deficit To make it really easy → track calories and macros one day and follow that exact plan every single day. Here's an example of what this would look like:

New pyramid. Same breakfast. 🥩🍳🫒 While nutrition trends cycle every few years, real discipline stays boring and effective. High-quality protein. Healthy fats. Minimal sugar. Nothing radical here… unless you’ve been outsourcing your decisions. #foodpyramid #nutrition #diet #RFKjr

Collagen is the most abundant animal protein in the animal kingdom and gram for gram, collagen has greater tensile strength than steel yet it's flexible enough to let your tissues stretch and move without breaking. I’m currently using this grass-fed collagen that is made according to the specs of Carnivore Aurelius ©🥩 ☀️🦙 and it's clean a whistle. I'm looking for more ways to incorporate it into my diet if you have any suggestions. If you're interested in trying it use code: CARY83715 in the link below.

"I tried carnivore for two weeks and felt awful at the gym." Your body has been running on glucose every three hours for the last thirty years. You then asked it, with five days' notice, to learn a new fuel system. Of course you felt awful. What was actually happening in those two weeks: - Glycogen stores depleting before being replenished from fat and protein - Sodium dropping rapidly without enough replacement - The liver upregulating gluconeogenesis (this takes weeks) - Ketone production ramping up gradually - The whole hormonal cascade recalibrating The transition is uncomfortable. The transition takes 4-6 weeks for most lifters, longer for some. You quit at day twelve and concluded the diet doesn't work. The diet didn't fail. You quit before the adaptation completed. This is like attempting to learn French, giving up after two lessons, and concluding French is impossible to learn. The conclusion is not about the language. It's about the time you gave it. Six weeks. Then judge.
