you can enable it on option mernu, but I think it is enabled by default, current version is v4.07

I have problems by installing PS4 fpkg with some HDD. All of them MBR style formated ang exfat system. But it can't install anything. It just some sound and nothing happen. So in this case I use ItemzFlow 1.13 and game correct installing. What is problem?
