An intern is an intern, doesn't matter whether he is a doctor, teacher or driver. What has baffled so many people is that these other interns are being absorbed to PNP terms after training but PSC is busy recruiting graduates, using them as cheap labor, then dumping them!

The internship should be productive at the end of the day, training them and getting them used to the work environment only to leave them after one year is counterproductive.

Scrap this 1 year free labour programm and #confirmPSCinterns.

To adress the issue of unemployment....then after 12 months they go back to unemployment once more. ...what have you addressed?

Kindly provide a clear and a well guided framework to the interns upon completion. Presidential interns are absorbed by the ministry of ICT, doctors theirs is a well guided scheme, the JSS interns have been heard. What is so hard to do the same for PSCIP??

Personally I take PSIP as a launchpad of my goals and my empowerment as a young entrepreneur from the savings I make out of the monthly stipend. Coz tarmacking is obvious after the one year. I had better use the opportunity to groom myself into an entrepreneur

Thank you 👏👏👏👏

Don't train and dump... Absorb PSC interns

Giving them experience and not opportunity to apply the experience is not acceptable #AbsorbPSCinterns #AbsorbPSCinterns

Kindly do justice to this CO-I ,even facilitating themselves to and from job has been difficult. They have offers their service free and now they can't afford.
