@Matthew_Wright I do wish they would stop gaslighting us about the pandemic. The rot set in years before the pandemic hit. Yes it didn't help but they had reduced investment the NHS and local govt long before that.

@Matthew_Wright It wouldn't be right to pour more money into public services when I need the money for a pre-election tax bribe, said Jeremy Hunt, in his head

@wru4me @Matthew_Wright The Tories need to get their own house in order before they start criticising others on efficiency. They tanked the economy , they are the ones who’ve been in power for 14 yrs .

@Matthew_Wright He managed to squeeze in three big 'uns during his short interview with Mathew.. Fastest growing economy - just gone into recession Halved inflation - nothing to do with gov't Halved crime - re-instate fraud (they took it out of the equation) and the figures have gone up

@Matthew_Wright Of course. He wants it poured into his cronies off shore accounts. Let them eat cake Tory policy

@Matthew_Wright I'd like to know "what money?". The UK is almost £3 trillion in debt but nothing to show for it. Where has the money gone? Tax cuts for the rich means infrastructure and service cuts for ordinary, hard-working people.

@Matthew_Wright How to fix. The rich & top earners in this country paid 90% tax all throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Then it went down to 70% in the 1970s. It’s now 45%. How did the hospitals and motorways got built in the 1950s, 1960s & 1970s. Tax the Uber rich.
