Admin Post: This is a T Puller. It's really hard to pull a door closed from a wheelchair and these make it much easier. They stick on the door on the hinge side. I just flip it out and use it to pull the door until I can reach the knob. In the past I've used pull ropes but I still had to go through, turn around, wheel back in to get close enough to grab the rope and then back out. Chesnyy could also grab and pull a rope but there needed to be room for her to maneuver and at times she's not at the door with me (especially if I'm taking another dog out) or she might be carrying something. I honestly don’t know how to explain that I’m supposed to be in Paris next week, fully sponsored by the French Chamber of Commerce, yet, after more than two months, I still don’t have my visa. 🥲 One of the least talked about challenges African founders face is mobility. The hurdles for entrepreneurs without a second passport can be incredibly frustrating, especially when opportunities, partnerships, and global events often move faster than visa processes. And I say this from a position of relative privilege. I have travel history, I can only imagine how much harder it is for founders who are just starting out and don't have those advantages. We talk a lot about access to capital. We should also talk about access to movement. For many African founders, crossing borders is still harder than building businesses. 🥲

"npx t3 connect" This one's been a lot of work. You can now set up remote control for T3 Code on any internet-connected box with literally one command. All for free. T3 Connect is a minimal open source tunnel layer allowing you to control T3 Code instances remotely without needing Tailscale set up. I've been daily driving it for a month and it has changed how I code. Julius and I put a lot of effort into making setup as smooth as possible. Step 1: Install Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or Grok Build Step 2: Run "npx t3 connect" Step 3: Click link and sign in Step 4: You can now control that computer on T3 Code web, desktop or mobile (dropping very soon) We are currently providing this for free (s/o CloudFlare for bumping our tunnel limits). Every user can connect up to 3 devices. We don't want to charge for this, but if the bill gets unacceptable we may have to change course. If you hit limits or have issues, you can always fork, self host, or use Tailscale. T3 Connect may seem like a small ergonomic win. Tbh that's exactly what it is. Regardless, it's one I'm really proud of.

Force feedback demo Force feedback is when joystick is pushing on your hand when something is pushing on the robot arm. Feeling the force - so much helpful to control the robot, that done well it allows you to do tasks even without visual feed. You can make an experiment: close your eyes - you can easily get the headphones out of the case. Also, visual information is often not enough. For example, you're trying to pull out a usb connector, but you pull it at the wrong angle, causing it to get stuck. Visually, nothing changes, but the pressure is intense and you can break the connector. Surgical robots have been using force feedback for years, and there are also 3D styluses which use this feature, proving that the technology works and is useful. But in modern robots with AI, it's hardly ever implemented. Although it's useful for both teleoperation and AI model. That's one of the reasons why we are building our robotic arms starting with off the shelf motors rather than taking the whole off the shelf arm. There are still a range of easy wins that can be made iterating robot hardware.

This is how you can personalize sports and finance on Perplexity today. This way, when your favorite team is about to play a game, you didn’t have to go search. Live action widget just takes over your Lock Screen. Similar things planned for earnings calls for the finance watchlist. More personalization and customization are being worked on and coming in March. Idea is for you to not even have to think of asking stuff. The AI should just do that work for you and give it to you without any effort.

Jensen Huang just killed every AI replacement narrative on contact. NVIDIA’s engineers use AI to write most of their code. The company is hiring more engineers than ever. Huang: “AI basically does most of our coding. And yet, we’re hiring more engineers than ever, we have more challenges than ever, we have bigger dreams than ever, our ambitions are greater than ever.” AI didn’t shrink NVIDIA’s workforce. It exposed how much ambition was trapped behind human bandwidth. The printing press didn’t produce fewer writers. The internet didn’t produce fewer publishers. No tool in history has permanently reduced demand for human effort. Because humans don’t use tools to do less. They use them to want more. Ambition is elastic. It expands to fill whatever capacity becomes available. Always has. Always will. Every economist forecasting mass displacement is measuring the wrong variable. They count the jobs that disappear. They never count the ambitions that take their place. Huang isn’t running a leaner company. He’s running a wider one. That gap will define who survives the next decade. Companies using AI to cut headcount will be destroyed by companies using AI to attempt what was never possible before. The machines aren’t coming for your job. They’re coming for your ceiling. Most people won’t know which one hit them.

Bash commands, git, env variables, provider connections. All manual through the terminal with a Claude panel running alongside. - Claude Code Desktop: once everything is configured. GitHub connected, CLAUDE.md, Skills, subagents and Hooks ready. Claude Code runs on its own, no more terminal setup, just panels running and outputs to review. - VSCode: when I need to review code by hand. I was 11 years old when I got this PSP 3000 for Christmas back in 2008, and it absolutely blew my mind. FIFA, FlatOut, Iron Man, GTA, and many other games… so many hours, so many great memories. Back then I didn’t even have a modern phone, so the PSP was more than just a gaming handheld for me. I used it to browse the internet, watch movies, and I even remember how awkward it was trying to chat with friends on social media using it. 😄 18 years later, I still have it. It still works. And every time I hold it, it instantly takes me back to those carefree days. The PSP will always be one of the most nostalgic handhelds ever made. ❤️

Announcing Centaur 2.0! Centaur is frontier, agentic infrastructure that you own. Centaur is like Claude Tag, but open source and on steroids. Centaur 2.0 can connect to everything you have access to, and can reason over it next to where you work, either in Slack, Discord, Teams or in your local Codex or Claude Code via an MCP. But context isn't useful if it can be accessed by anyone, so we rebuilt Centaur from the ground up for security. Centaur obviously doesn't have access to secrets because we're leveraging egress proxies. Centaur 2.0 takes that a step further enabling administrators to configure who can access what from where. This means that Centaur can have access to private information that you normally wouldn't feel comfortable giving it access to (e.g. DMs or sensitive channels and docs) but only expose it to authorized principals. It also means you can add Centaur to external channels and leverage it as a virtual colleague that doesn't live only in your Slack, for example, but also your Slack Connect channels! This is extremely powerful as we start moving to a world where agents cross organizational boundaries. Also in case anyone's wondering, yes we rewrote it in Rust! Centaur is now way way more stable at durably executing threads, and its workflow engine is now based on Absurd. We have been operating Centaur since January, officially launched and Open Sourced it in May, and now we're full speed towards making it the #1 open source agentic infrastructure. To succeed at that, I'm thrilled to welcome Matthew Slipper to the Paradigm team who will be leading all our Applied AI work, while continuing to maintain and extend Iron Proxy as the leading secure secret access for agents.
