I'm completely non-political, but this is bullshit Student loan forgiveness rewards bad decision making I took out a $160,000 student load a decade ago I saved every penny I made to pay it back in full. I ended up paying over $300,000 on the loan Now I'm getting punished because I was too responsible and paid back my loan too quickly? I lived in a $500 a month rat and cockroach infested sun room in Boston for years to pay back this debt If I would have instead ignored my debt and bought cars and useless luxury items I'd get a free $300,000 check? I'm as a-political as it gets. I hate all politicians. But this is insanity and rewards the WORST behavior

Good morning from Western North Carolina. It has taken me almost a full year to come back up to this spot after Hurricane Helene. The kids and I used to get up early, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway to school, stop, get out here, and watch the sunrise together. It's the most special memory I have with my kids. I just haven't been able to bring myself to do it... until today. I stopped, read my Bible, reflected on how my life has changed so dramatically in just 1 year. It's the same sunrise, it didn't change. But I have. I carried a year of ache and anger up to the Parkway, knowing that grief had a very, very long year to talk... but it didn’t get the last sunrise.

These people are all over the social media platforms but the government is doing nothing to address the issue. Government has woefully failed for not sending these animals back to their creator. I also want to make it very clear to my non-Muslim brothers and sisters that these criminals are not Muslims and has nothing to do with Islam in whatsoever way. So I haven’t done conventional deadlifts in a long time because I could never get my form right and got mad at myself. Nothing new right. 🤦‍♀️ I think I get it but then I don’t. I’ve worked with the trainer, watched hours of videos, taken advice here and there but for some reason my mind and body don’t connect. I feel like I’m squatting too much here but I’m going to master these on this reset. So please in a kind way hit me with advice. 🫣Also this grip works better with my left side issues. 🙃

As requested by Alex Miller yesterday, a look at our out of possession shape in the first half. 1: (10 secs) - Wednesday in a very narrow high block in a 523 out of possession. It only looked like this when the ball is central. Nowrich rotate (change positions during play) a lot and this narrow block denies central rotation. In this clip, they have had rotation in left back position as the CM has dropped into the area and left back on the last line. 2: 20 secs - When the ball went wide or started to move wide, the full back would advance up the pitch to pressure the full back and press full back to full back, whilst the CBs would come out with the Norwich forwards coming in between the lines, as this ball transitions across the pitch you see Sargent come out and Iorfa following tight. Fusire in this clip has come out to mark full back to full back and creating a makeshift back 4. 3: 47 secs - Wednesday get back into their narrow block shape 4: 56 secs - rotation from the front line form Norwich 5: 58 seconds, Palmer comes out of the back line to pick up the rotation and prevent space between lines.
