How can players make a big jump next year?!?! For High School and College players… they all put in work with their coaches. Most of them have a trainer they see to put in work. So what is the separator? 1. Are you working on the right things with your coaches that are going to help you be a better player working your team and overall 2. HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU PUT IN THE GYM ON YOUR OWN. This is a HUGE SEPARATOR because this time isn’t dependent on anyone and is unlimited in how much you do. Almost every player I’ve worked with that has made a BIG JUMP has put in extra time on their own. It’s not only because of the work, but it also helps players understand their game better and gives them a bigger investment in their development. As a player you should assess that part of your development today!

Epic, then terrifying…this is long, but worth watching to the end. I post a lot of content about skiing powder and big lines, with seemingly no consequences. But every time we step into the mountains, we are accepting and navigating endless hazards, and that often gets lost in the polishing and curating of social media. So I think it’s important to share these things too, because this is reality.❄️⛷️

Modern day snake oil salesman. One of the most frustrating conversations I’ve had to date with someone pushing (and profiting off of) the ‘transgender child’ narrative. He wouldn’t give me his last name, but with face recognition technology, I could trace it back to Thomas Shaffer, President of Healthy Campus (there is BIG money in school-based healthcare). Yesterday, my friend Lisa and I were protesting the pseudoscience, indoctrinating books in k-12 school libraries in front of the California School Boards Association statewide conference. This was after Davis Joint USD Superintendent Matt Best argued on Thursday’s panel that s*xually-explicit books belong in public school libraries.

Grooming children is done for only one reason and it’s evil. Yesterday I heard from a mom with a son at Harper Junior High School in Davis that flyers with my photo were posted around the school warning kids about me. So I stopped by the school around 5 p.m. to look for more flyers. Instead I found “Sexuality Gender Allies Club” flyers everywhere. The club meets every Monday at lunch, no parental consent or notification required for children 12-15 yrs old to talk with adults about sex and transgender identities.
