ZELENSKYY: Russia won't stop the war simply because someone asks it to. World's strongest leaders have already told Russia that this war must end. However, Putin wants to keep fighting. That is why Putin must face conditions that make it impossible for him to continue this war. We are creating those conditions through our long-range strikes on Russian military and oil facilities. Our medium-range sanctions are also having an effect. They make it harder for Russia to occupy our territory and our lives. And we are doing everything we can to make the occupation unbearable for the occupier. I want to thank everyone who supports us and our efforts, and I urge you to continue this support through new European Union sanctions. These sanctions are needed against Russia's shadow fleet and against many of the tools Putin still relies on to keep this war going.

We should provide Ukraine weapons they need, allow them to strike deep into Russia, push war onto Russian territory, and put greater pressure on Putin at home. We need to seal holes in sanctions regime, restore lifted sanctions on Russian energy, and impose additional sanctions on Russia.
