What are you doing there, destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, churches, etc., outrageous?

If the Soviet Union wasn't dissolved, the government of the Russian Federation is illegal and all members need to be prosecuted for treason.

If it weren’t correct the Kremlin wouldn’t say it. That’s not to say that Russia doesn’t realize the rights of Ukrainian civilians but what this DOES say is that NATO and Nazis have no place in Russia.

Saw this last night.Very interesting & novel argument. But i am NOT SURE if it will help Russia.Staying focused on the criminality of NATO expansion,on the criminality of what Ukraine has done to ethnic Russians inside Ukraine, how Americans provoked this war will be more effective

What about the fact that the international community and its institutions have formally recognized Ukraine as a sovereign country for some30 years? This approach is flawed. Not a good look.

A risky rewrite of history to justify conflict—dangerous and misleading.

This is an attempt to provide a legal basis for geopolitical ambitions. The international community, including the UN, has recognized Ukraine as a sovereign state since 1991. Even Russia signed a friendship treaty with Ukraine in 1997, recognizing its borders.
