Quantinuum has achieved a major industry breakthrough that solves a critical error-correction bottleneck and validates our path to delivering a fault-tolerant quantum computer by 2029. We’ve announced a new world record for quantum error correction, achieving 99.9995% logical fidelity on our Helios commercial quantum computer using our error-correction architecture.... show more

No fucking way

@ATURULLAO4 You do more dillutions and advertise superion without any specs de masi @NiccoloDeMasi @sakacc @jordan_shapiro

The number that matters most here is not 99.9995% but the 12x drop in logical error as code distance grows. A record fidelity can be a one-off; a clean scaling trend is what makes 2029 a plan rather than a hope. Congratulations to the team.

Pretty impressive! Congratulations

Hey, amazing stuff! Let's discuss a possible partnership. DM me.

You’ve always been a true leader in the QC industry. You’ve earned that position through your work, your integrity & your commitment to the field, not through hype, empty promises or cringeworthy slogans or by leaning on NVIDIA to build your image.

@Dr_Singularity

Let's explore some ways to work together

Can you send me a message? @QuantinuumQC

The key signal is errors dropping again with each stronger code (about 12x per step, per one analyst's read), not the headline fidelity. It means suppression holds as codes grow. What does the qubit overhead per logical qubit look like on the way to 2029?

This is huge news!

Hi, send me a message @QuantinuumQC

Can I get a follow back?

@elonmusk thoughts on QC and its utility?

Excited to follow the progress from here.

Can I get a follow up?

Five errors per million operations is the number that actually matters here. Qubit counts make headlines, but error rates decide whether any of it becomes useful. A 12x reduction as code distance increases is the part that says "this scales" rather than "this demoed."

Interesting project! Would love to work with you.

2029 is doing a lot of lifting. a 10x lab record is real news. a computer someone can put on a schedule is still a date. we have heard a few of those.

This is a massive milestone for the industry, and we actually went deeper on the technical details of this Helios record here:

Nice

Hey, let's collab
