With many Jamaicans utilising rivers, streams, and any available water source for their domestic needs after Hurricane Melissa, Mission Mules, a Christian non-profit disaster response organisation, has deployed a reverse osmosis machine to purify water here. Within hours of the machine being operational on Sunday, residents of Great Bay near Treasure Beach in southern St Elizabeth were being supplied with thousands of gallons of water from a pond in the community.

39-year-old Linda Aduah died at the Central Aflao Hospital in the Ketu South Municipality of the Volta region after two nurses refused to treat her unless she paid a cash amount of GH¢ 400. #WATCH | Hisar: The Haryana unit of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has written to the state government regarding the withdrawal of services by Ayushman empanelled hospitals from August 7, 2025, due to non-payment of dues. Former Haryana IMA President Dr Ajay Mahajan says, " For the last two years, we have been repeatedly facing the problem that our payments get stopped. Due to this, the hospitals also lack the financial resources to make their payments. The hospitals have to make immediate payments to their doctors, their staff, their vendors, but the government is making these payments after three months, four months, six months and even then, it makes unwanted deductions. Due to this, a huge financial burden has fallen on the hospitals. Due to this, the hospitals have decided to request the government to pay all the dues till 15th July by 7th August, otherwise we will not be able to provide further services... Now, after giving our notice, the government says that we have sanctioned Rs 310 crores, but that sanctioning and getting the money will take time. We have about 650 to 700 hospitals, which are private sector hospitals, that were providing their services to the government under Ayushman Bharat. Now, because the debt burden on them has increased, they are unable to provide their services further. We have requested the government that all the payments till 15th July should be made by the 7th so that the hospital can run smoothly..."

An Alabama election worker went across the street and made a copy of a ballot on regular notebook paper and fed it into an ES&S election machine and it read and counted the ballot without any issues. Dominion voting machines aren't the only machines compromised, ES&S machines have the same issues and features. Dominion also has machines that are able to scan and mark ballots after the last time a voter touches their ballot. They can even change the settings to mimic a human to purposely not fill in the bubble neatly when selecting a candidate. What's also concerning is Georgia's reversal rates on their machines, which was around 15% to 20% in the 2020 election. What do these machines need to do when marking a ballot? Reverse the ballot and the refeeds itself before marking the ballot.
