Ahhh I see, so you thought of using a Hit Counter system to unlock the Tether for use ?? That sounds pretty good—I also like how you made it act like a Style Meter in that you can straight up lose your Hits if damaged, and thus the ability too! - ini

Once you activate it, the enemies are locked in the air unable to do anything, and then after a few hits towards them, the meter refills and you can do it again right away. I think that this could feel a bit repetitive but efficient, so players would do it all the time.
