I’m low key leaning toward house #3 cause of how much potential it has. I can add a 3rd floor to the main house cause why not, I can build a 5,000 square foot warehouse in the backyard that’s connected to the house, it’s on an acre of land ON THE WATER in Fort Lauderdale with no fixed bridges so I can put my boat and jet ski’s back there, no HOA, the lot of land alone is worth like $3m, so I think this house the best option by far and I can do so much with this house! Let me know what you think
