Historical context: Democrats didn’t want to give up their slaves despite the 13th amendment being signed into law.

And this present day lesson about #Juneteenth won't be taught in a lot of schools across the country either. 👇🏾👇🏿👇🏽

Only Democrats would would stoop so low as to make their purposeful refusal to tell the slaves they had been free for two years, a national holiday. I think it's important to remember that it was the abolitionists-Republicans who told them the truth and who laid down their sons lives to ensure the freedom of the slaves. Juneteenth is nothing to celebrate, what they did was abominable.

Name one school that it would not be allowed.

I was 23yrs old at Ft Hood Tx, when I found out about Juneteenth. High school taught me nothing about it.
