Hesco barriers! Have to fill them with dirt… not rocks and boulders! 😬👍

Is there a civilian version of this? I need a retaining wall immediately

Filling with gravel was stopped pretty early on because the gravel turned to projectiles. Dirt or sand worked best

Wish we had those in 1990 and 91. We had sand bags and empty oil barrels. We filled them by hand.

i had to fill these, by hand, with an e-tool. norzai was “too dangerous” for engineers to use whatever to fill them, so half of us filled while the others provided overwatch. good times.

Guys, what about mavic with grenade?

@HESCOGroup designed in Leeds UK, drive past their factory everyday

Hesco barriers!

Reckon these could be used for expedient levees in case of hurricanes or other flooding?

Looks cool!
I remember have to set them up in Iraq in 2003, they came with a cool small multi tool.

Neat idea!

Hesco bastion created by a British company for flood control now heavily used in the military. I remember when they were put up in our camp back in ‘04 in Iraq FoB camp dogwood near fallujah

It’s a modern gabion. The only thing groundbreaking is how you fill it. 🤣

This is the wall we built.

Obsolete

I could use few of these

@DHQNigeria our men women serving our nation need this please look into it

Hesco barriers.

Is this how they built the pyramids?!

it also works for prisons

gabion

Would the block floodwater?

Impressive....

I lead a team that put up 7 miles of it in Mosel

smart field engineering like this can save lives and critical equipment in combat or disaster zones

@xdownloaderbot

A lot better than filling sandbags.

Lol, have you seen Ukraine war? Good luck with this shit against FPV and drop drones

Hesco bags 👍

Not airburst stuff

It’s a bit like how they made that device for laying Barbwire

did they ise diaper too?
