This is native Qwen Image 2.1, no LoRA - move and resize objects seamlessly in an image🔥 I was planning to finetune on this task to showcase the new 🧨 diffusers LoRA support for Qwen 2.1 (go try it!), but while testing the base model I realized it's actually so good at it out of the box (pun intended haha) Try it ▶️ Train 🧨

Qwen just released Qwen-Image-2.1, and this is exactly why open models matter. I loaded it onto my NVIDIA DGX Spark and built Spark Image Lab, a local image generation and editing workspace designed for the DGX Spark ecosystem. QWEN-IMAGE-2.1 • Text-to-image generation • Image editing • Native transparent/RGBA workflows • Up to 10 reference images • Strong identity and product preservation • Improved typography, lighting, textures and detail SPARK IMAGE LAB • Clean Gradio interface • Width and height controls • Steps, seed and batch controls • Persistent generation history • Prompts and settings saved with every result • Reference images saved and restored • Docker setup for DGX Spark • Measured DGX Spark performance benchmarks Everything runs locally. Spark Image Lab is now open source under the MIT License. This is the first public alpha, so clone it, test it on your DGX Spark, open an issue and show me what you create. MODEL REPO

Finished this one faster than I thought! The full version is on my site right now. If you can’t support the site...it will be released here in July. Also, consider liking and sharing my vids as a free way to support my work. Having Ashley (AI Model) hulk out and level a city was toooooooo fun lol.

Today I'm launching a very early release of MLX Model Manager ( A Swift package for quickly and easily adding LLM/VLMs with just a couple of lines of code into your MacOS/iOS applications for local and private inferencing. This is built on the amazing work of the MLX team & what they have done with MLX Model Manager unifies the work they have done with MLXLLM as well as MLXVLM into one package with added abstractions to simplify the usage. I've also added support for Google's new Paligemma2 Vision Model ( You can see a demonstration in the video below! Huge shoutout to Awni Hannun for the creation of MLX, David Koski on leading the charge for MLXVLM and Prince Canuma for the creation of MLX-VLM. Three massive pillars in the MLX community among many others.

I vibe coded a visual PDF search app with ColQwen2. This is how it works: - Store PDF files as images in a Weaviate AI Database vector database - Embed images and text with a multimodal late-interaction model (ColQwen2) - Generate token-wise (and summed) similarity maps to highlight image patches with high similarity Now I need to refactor the messy vibe-coded project. In the meantime, you can check out the Notebook this demo is based on to try it out yourself:

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 Prompt Share Created on mitte.ai I didn't use a character sheet for this generation. I directly used the character images I created in Midjourney. Since the visual style transfers into the video surprisingly well, it's actually a really effective for style transfer. This time I also added a bit more detail to the Seedance prompt itself. You can definitely achieve similar results without storyboards too, they're not mandatory but I think they're one of the best ways to previsualize scenes, pacing and even camera angles before generation. Also, this storyboard prompt is still a bit long. I'm currently experimenting with more compact version of it too. You can check the prompts below.

next, here is how to animate the video once you generated the base image of your ai model, attach the image of your model and the product image in your ai tool and prompt, "she is holding this product" now to animate this scene, use such a simple prompt; "the girl is speaking in her beautiful voice; "this is the most powerful drink in the world... drink it once, and your whole hair is gone" no background music, no sound effects." adding "no background music" is necessory part when you're prompting to VEO 3 or Kling 2.6 and for the drinking scene, i also gave it a very simple prompt; "the girl is drinking, handheld camera shaking. No background music," then i asked nb pro to remove her hair, and then turn it into the using that simple prompt method. note; simple prompts works better than complicated one when it comes to animating your video that's it, if you need any help setting up your ai influencer to promote your product/app or service just DM me here on 𝕏 or comment "want" i'll dm you myself if you know how to make viral content + setup such a beautiful ai model 2026 will be yours, cheers

🚀 Update Next Scene V2 only 10 days after last version, now live on Hugging Face 👉 🎬 A LoRA made for Qwen Image Edit 2509 that lets you create seamless cinematic “next shots” — keeping the same characters, lighting, and mood. I trained this new version on thousands of paired cinematic shots to make scene transitions smoother, more emotional, and real. 🧠 What’s new: • Much stronger consistency across shots • Better lighting and character preservation • Smoother transitions and framing logic • No more black bar artifacts Built for storytellers using ComfyUI or any diffusers pipeline. Just use “Next Scene:” and describe what happens next , the model keeps everything coherent. 🧩 Try it directly in ComfyUI, or check the thread to launch it on fal . Open-source, no restrictions, made for filmmakers, animators, and dreamers. ComfyUI #AIcinema #LoRA #Flux #Qwen #ComfyUI #AIart #GenerativeVideo you can test on comfyui or to try on you can go here : and use my lora link : start your prompt with "Next Scene:" and lets go !!

🚨 VOTING ON SwissBorg IS NOW LIVE! 🚨 ✅ Cast your vote through the link below 👇 📈 This system gauges interest in the launch, which in turn helps SwissBorg amplify the promotion of EstateX. There’s no financial commitment or payment - it’s purely for measuring community excitement. You will need to provide an active SOL wallet. Submit your vote, attach your wallet, and pledge up to $2,500. 🛠 If you’ve never used one of the required wallets (Phantom, Backpack, or Solflare), you can easily import your existing SOL wallet into one of them. Steps: 👇 1️⃣ Download the Phantom Wallet app by obtaining the official links ONLY from their X profile: 2️⃣ Click on "Import existing wallet/recovery phrase" 3️⃣ Enter your 12- or 24-word seed phrase, and click "Import" ✅ Your imported wallet will now appear in the Phantom app and is ready to connect with SwissBorg. ⚠️ Important note on transactions: 🔹 Since this process uses the Solana network, SwissBorg will only see Solana transactions. 🔹 Transactions on BSC or other chains won’t be visible, as they are on separate networks. 🔹 If your wallet has no Solana activity, no transactions will show, and it won’t have an impact. 🔥 LET’S GO ESTATEX FAMILY - LET’S SHOW THE WORLD HOW POWERFUL WE ARE! 🔥

Watching a character come to life from literally nothing hits different From a blank white canvas to a fully rendered character — no shortcuts, no magic snap, just pure sketch-to-color-to-polish energy. Every stroke, every layer, every color pick you see actually built this look step by step The best part? This entire animation was generated in just a few clicks: upload a reference image, drop in a prompt, pick your model, and let AI handle the rest 🤯 That's the power of AI video generation now. Made with MiniMax H3 on Fish Creative The prompt is in the comments 👇

Everyone's sleeping on image-to-3D AI models. They can make your app look incredibly unique, with just a little effort. Here's how. This is my calorie tracker, built in a week with nothing but prompting. Just Claude Code + a couple APIs. The visuals are all AI-generated. I'll be sharing the full workflow + all the crazy technical stuff Claude and I did to make this work, so nobody has to struggle through it like me. Deep dive coming soon! Till then, this is the high-level idea: 1. Get a clean image of the food (or whatever your asset is) - In my app, the user describes foods via text, or attaches images (or both) - If text, an LLM extracts the food description and formats it into a specific prompt I tuned for this design, and we generate an image using Z-Image Turbo through fal - If image, we do the same thing but with FLUX.2 [dev] to edit the user image into our reference design - Originally, both used Google Nano Banana, but switching to open models cut costs and latency a ton 2. Gaussian splatting (2D image → 3D model) - I tried various 2D-to-3D options on fal and ended up with TripoSplat as my preferred balance of speed, cost, latency; this turns an image into a 3D model that looks super high quality (link below) - The app displays the 2D image while our backend generates the 3D splat - We "groom" the splat to reduce size and load time by culling low-opacity/scale points 3. Render efficiently on device Originally, it looked great but ran at 10 FPS. Getting to 120 FPS was a crazy journey. TL;DR: - SwiftUI had to go; it forced us to render each asset in independent MTKViews, which wasn't workable - Instead, we composite every dish into one full-bleed CAMetalLayer using MetalSplatter (link below) - We had to make some optimizations within MetalSplatter's code too, to reduce the overhead of sorting points per render Then I added some finishing touches like the subtle rotation and parallax as they move around. I think it turned out pretty cool :) Overall, this took some effort, but we still got it done in less than a day. Hopefully your agent can follow in the footsteps of mine and do it much faster. Keep an eye out for the bigger writeup, which'll give your agent everything it needs. If you have any questions, drop em below!

It looks like we may have just figured out where Attorney Marc Diller got his original “Exhibit J”... And the answer is Jen McCabe’s best friend. 😱 Attorney Marc Diller’s first version of “Exhibit J” was the exhibit he filed in support of his motion for a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent Karen Read from getting her cell phones back from the Norfolk County DA’s Office. In multiple posts after the March 6th hearing, Kerry can be seen sharing the very exhibit that attorneys Diller, Rosenberg, and Seligson referenced in their filings over the past few weeks. In the video she posted, the tweet in question appears at the beginning, followed by screenshots that are described as coming from an alleged phone extraction. We can confirm this appears to be the original version of Exhibit J (before Diller later attempted to substitute a different version while still labeling it “Exhibit J”) because it matches exactly how Seligson described it in Read’s filing. In his response, Seligson states the exhibit is: 🔹 a partial screenshot of a tweet originally posted by Sean McDonough 🔹 includes a quote stating the recording was a “one-party consent call” 🔹 contains the audio of the call itself 🔹 matches the image of the exhibit included in the court filing All of those elements are in the version Kerry has been circulating online. This includes a comment on a Boston Fox 25 post. Ms. Drama Llama has publicly stated many times that she is close with Jen McCabe and communicates with witnesses as well as members of the O’Keefe family. She also appears regularly on a YouTube channel promoting “Justice for JJ” content and the Albert/McCabe/Higgins defense fund. As recently as Friday, she was seemingly publicly speaking about an opinion from the O'Keefe family in regards to a photo of John being posted (that she, herself, posted first). This could also explain why Attorney Diller may have considered the material reliable given that Kerry appears to be a trusted voice within the O’Keefe/McCabe circle. Now the question is, why is the best friend of a key witness seemingly inserting herself into active civil litigation by circulating exhibits connected to court filings? 🤔

BREAKING: SpaceXAI just released a major Grok Build update, with Grok 4.7 now available in Grok Build. The update improves crash recovery, prompt handling, navigation, configuration reliability and overall subagent performance. It also adds new subagent controls, configurable request limits and long-reasoning reminders. Release Notes Version 1.0.41 — September 22, 2026 Features • Added a new sports_search tool that can look up live NFL scores, standings, schedules, player stats and team records directly from X data. • Added a subagent model inheritance setting to /settings. It persists in config.toml and respects managed and overlay layers. • Per-model request size limits can now be configured to match provider HTTP body caps and control inline image eviction. • A long-reasoning reminder can now be enabled through config to nudge the model after lengthy hidden-reasoning steps. Bug Fixes • Fixed the subagent fullscreen view so it no longer shows a stray [Dashboard] button in the header. • Fixed agent frontmatter mcpServers so headers and URLs from the active agent’s agent.md correctly override config.toml and survive config reloads or agent switches. • Ctrl+P now opens the command palette immediately from the welcome screen. • The Dashboard now focuses the “+ New Agent” row instead of leaving the previous session selected. • Sessions interrupted by a crash now show a clear marker instead of silently dropping the turn. • Pressing Ctrl+Z immediately after stashing a prompt now restores it. • The collapsed edit blocks setting now correctly collapses edits even when expanded_by_default is pinned to true. • Interjections now receive a visible reply before the agent resumes its previous tasks. • Cancelling a turn blocked on spawn_subagent now tells the model that the child moved to the background instead of claiming it was never executed. • Saving a queued-prompt edit now returns focus to the composer so the next keystrokes type the next message. • Subagent activation is now consistent between the TUI and Grok Agent Studio. Tables that only set limits or models no longer disable subagents. • Effort-level selection now accepts menu labels in addition to IDs.

Qwen 3.8 27B vs Fable, Kimi K3, GPT 5.6 Sol Pro on Flappy Bird. Prompt: “Make the ultimate adorable cute and beautiful flappy bird game in HTML.” Qwen 3.8 27B Xhigh INT8: - Video 1 (Puff) - 8m 11s - 160 TPS (2x3090) Fable 5 Max: - Video 2 (Flappy Fluff) - 20m 21s Kimi K3 Max Fireworks Fast: - Video 3 (Fluffy Flap!) - 4m 40s - 111.3 TPS GPT 5.6 Sol Pro: - Video 4 (Flappy Boom) - 19m 7s Overview: Personally, I think Fable is the best. It feels extremely polished, sharp and stands out with small things like the dizzy effect on death. However, 27B is freakishly close. Never would I have guessed 2 months ago this would have come from a local model. 27B actually beats Fable on certain aspects like the 3D tilting ui buttons on death. Kimi K3 felt the best to play mechanics wise. It felt smooth with the perfect balance of difficulty and ease to play. Also, it was the only one that had music. 5.6 Sol Pro was hilariously bad in all aspects. I tried 5.6 xhigh multiple times and the outputs were even worse.

i'm writing my own gui framework in c++ and rewriting my image editor using it, which is going good so far, i wanted to move from swiftui, qt, tauri, electron, react native, and flutter so i can use metal and directx gpu apis on macos and windows as much as possible,so i think going full metal/directx is the way to go i know i have a very hard and long way to go though as there are many many flaws, bugs in this very very early version and doesnt utilize the gpu as much as i want to but i hope we will get there soon ,i also need to make the ui look somewhat decent instead of whatever mess it is right now
