Judge Brian Cregan said he was releasing Enoch Burke from prison because the Disciplinary Appeal Panel (DAP) process, set up to hear Enoch Burke’s appeal of his purported dismissal, is over. Judge Cregan also said he was releasing Enoch Burke as it is now the school holidays and therefore Enoch is not a danger to the children at the school. Enoch Burke received nothing but kindness and goodwill from the children of Wilson’s Hospital School. We believe Judge Cregan is fully aware of this but nonetheless refuses to acknowledge it. We have seen the recent scenes of depravity at the Dublin Pride Parade with men dressed as dogs and barking, satanists parading and other perverted displays. This is the filth which children are being taught in schools across the country, yet a High Court judge believes Enoch Burke is the danger. This is a disgrace.

BREAKING: ENOCH BURKE FINED €225,000 AFTER REFUSING TO BOW TO TRANSGENDERISM Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. Today he was fined almost a quarter of a million euros by the Irish Courts. Enoch Burke won his Court of Appeal case last July against the make-up of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel appointed to hear the appeal of his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School. The panel had included Kieran Christie, the General Secretary of the ASTI and promoter of transgenderism. There is a major discrepancy between the recent Court of Appeal judgment (which ordered the removal of Kieran Christie) and the behaviour of the High Court today in continuing to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. The Court of Appeal ruled that the principal’s “overarching complaint” against Enoch Burke was his refusal to comply with her instruction to address a child by a new name and the “they” pronoun. The Court of Appeal further ruled that “indisputably” the disciplinary authorities must assess the legitimacy of that instruction. The High Court has never assessed whether the principal’s instruction was legitimate. It has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the true basis for the disciplinary action against Enoch Burke and has never determined Enoch Burke’s claim that there has been a breach of his constitutional rights. Notwithstanding, it has purported to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. In all of these matters the High Court is wholly at odds with the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal. The truth is that Judge David Nolan knows that the public is appalled and outraged at the perverted actions of the Irish Courts over the past three years as Enoch Burke has been repeatedly denied his constitutional rights, the very rights which Judge David Nolan and others have solemnly vowed to uphold. All of this would never have happened but for the silence of the Church. The Church has betrayed Christ and been silent. The Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of all Ireland John McDowell and Bishop of Meath and Kildare Pat Storey were among the attendees at the event at Armagh City Hotel. Martina Burke began to question the Archbishop directly on why Enoch Burke was suspended from Wilson’s Hospital School for upholding the Church of Ireland ethos. Martina and Josiah Burke continued to question the Archbishop on why the Church of Ireland was silent on Enoch Burke’s incarceration. The Archbishop did not speak. In her report today, she failed to report one word of what Enoch Burke spoke in today's High Court hearing. Judge Brian Cregan said that Enoch Burke can have his religious belief “outside the gate” of Wilson's Hospital School. The Constitution states otherwise: “freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion… guaranteed to every citizen” (Article 44.2.1). Judge Cregan’s function and role on the bench is to uphold that Constitution, not his own ideas. The topic of the Court’s judgment this morning was how much Enoch Burke will be fined. The same Court has never dealt with the rights and wrongs of a School Principal demanding a teacher to use the “they” pronoun and a new name for a student in a classroom. This was Principal Niamh McShane’s demand of all teachers in Wilson's Hospital School. This was the basis for Enoch Burke's suspension - his refusal to comply with Principal McShane's demand. Judge Brian Cregan has closed his eyes to the Principal’s instruction and refused to vindicate Enoch Burke’s constitutional rights. Separately Judge Cregan is proposing to ban Martina Burke, Dr Isaac Burke and Ammi Burke from attending court hearings. No particulars have been provided by Judge Cregan for why this sanction is being proposed. After this, it was ordered by Judge Cregan that Enoch Burke appear by video-link from prison. This meant he would have no legal support from family. Today Isaac Burke and Sean Burke attended the High Court in Dublin. However Judge Brian Cregan refused to give judgment in Enoch Burke’s case while Isaac Burke and his father Sean were in the courtroom. Isaac Burke had asked why Enoch Burke’s name had been removed from the Mountjoy Prison list to be produced in person for the High Court hearing. Approximately five Gardaí removed Isaac Burke from the courtroom for simply asking a question and subsequently removed Sean Burke. This is Ireland in 2025 - “justice” is being done behind closed doors, contrary to the constitutional guarantee that justice be administered in public. Enoch Burke has been slandered by Judge Cregan, who referred in his judgment last week to affidavits by “pupils and teachers in the school” in order to sully and blacken his character. These affidavits simply do not exist. This is treachery in the courts. Judge Cregan stated that Enoch Burke was “stalking the school, its teachers and its pupils”. A stalking offence under Irish criminal law carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison. It is a matter of the utmost gravity that a High Court judge would recklessly toss such an accusation against a young man without a shred of evidence to back it up. Teacher Enoch Burke’s mother Martina and siblings Isaac and Ammi have stood by his side since May 2022 when the Principal of Wilson’s Hospital School demanded he use the “they” pronoun for a child in the school. Judge Brian Cregan has shown himself to be devoid of credibility. Three weeks ago Judge Cregan directed the Attorney General to bring criminal contempt proceedings against members of the Burke family. Judge Cregan had no right to do this, as the Judiciary and the Executive are separate powers. Last week, lawyers for the Attorney General appeared before Judge Cregan requesting that this direction would be withdrawn. They stated that it was inappropriate and wrong in law for Judge Cregan to instruct the Attorney General as to what to do in this regard. The direction was then withdrawn by the judge and changed to a request to “consider” bringing proceedings. Judge Cregan also continues to instruct Rosemary Mallon BL in these proceedings, despite the fact that her instructions should only be coming from her client, Wilson’s Hospital School. Rosemary Mallon willingly receives those instructions from the judge. Corrupt judges can disregard the Constitution and seek to strip upright citizens of their rights, but they will never succeed in removing God’s truth from society. Scripture says: “He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh” (Psalm 2:4). Truth will prevail.

These are Andy Pike (Chairperson), Adrian Guinan and Clodagh O'Hara. Andy Pike has promoted on his social media a St Patrick’s Day parade float which mocked and parodied Enoch Burke and the controversy around his suspension from Wilson’s Hospital School. Andy Pike has also promoted posts advocating to "make the world a little less binary" and criticising those who refuse to use the "they" pronoun. Enoch Burke raised other serious issues including the recent scandal around the nomination of Claire Callanan as Chairperson of his DAP dismissal appeal hearing. Claire Callanan did not disclose that she holds a senior position in the Church of Ireland or that her husband, Senior Counsel Lyndon MacCann, is one of the most powerful men in that organisation. She was replaced as Principal by Mr Frank Milling. Mr Milling treated Enoch Burke very badly. For turning up to work, he was shouted at, mocked, and humiliated. All the while Mr Milling was persistent in his promotion of LGBT in the school. In 2023, when Enoch Burke lay in a prison cell, unjustly, Frank Milling was posing at the school with the transgender pride flag and posting it up on the school's social media. Frank Milling has now been given a job with the NCCA - the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment - the official state body that advises the Minister for Education (Helen McEntee) on what young people should be learning in school. Mr Milling’s appointment follows on from an alarming video sent to the school by the Fine Gael leader last year, at which point Enoch Burke had been languishing in prison for over 400 days, where Simon Harris specifically thanked Mr Milling in his role as School Principal.
