TRION PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED The proposed project is for construction of Mall, Multiplex, Office, Club & Hotel Buildings which comprise of 2 Basement floors + 5 floors of Retail + 6 floors of Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) + 3 Stilt floors + 8 floors of Office & 9 floors of Hotel over Podium. The total built up area of the proposed project is 2,11,750.00 Sq. m

“Türkiye has officially begun the construction of its space station in Somalia.” Baykar CTO Selçuk Bayraktar says: “Türkiye has a spaceport in Somalia, at a location close to the Equator. When you have a coastline on the ocean, you can deploy launch vehicles. There are 12 such locations in the world. Only one remains, and one of the best is the space station that will be in Somalia. Its construction there has been started by Turkish goverment. Türkiye has a 30-kilometer spaceport. ROKETSAN will also use it. In the future, we aim to have the opportunity to use our own launch vehicles there as well.”

This building isn’t approved by the city for commercial use and is designated for single household occupancy. The man responsible for this project has previously been flagged by the municipality. An unsafe building he built on the adjacent property was demolished after the city secured a court order. Our building inspectors will yet again have to fine him and stop any further construction.
