The Ministry of Health was budgeted ₦218 billion, but they were only given ₦36 billion for the entire year. Since I was growing up, there has never been a year when the budget was not implemented. People are looting our gold! I don’t remember the name of the mine they told me, but Kombissiri was the route they were following. So, this confirms what the PM is saying.
