rapperwithspine 💥🔥 One uncomfortable question ,, Why does justice look different depending on who you are? When bail is a right for some but years of undertrial detention for others, equality before law becomes more than a constitutional promise it becomes a test of democracy #JaiBhim #JaiSamvidhan #Justice #Accountability

Everyone matters, But some people matter MORE than others. There becomes a level of importance you cross, where you are no longer a number. You become a name.

‼️ AMERICA IS A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, NOT A DEMOCRACY‼️ The ideal of a democracy is universal equality. The ideal of a constitutional republic is individual liberty. The Democrats purposely and repeatedly call America a democracy. Because the ideals of a democracy fit into their playbook of power for them and serfdom for everyone else. Benny Johnson posted this video saying: “Former FBI agent Dan Smoot made this video 50 years ago. And it is more right today than it has ever been.” I could not agree more. 💯 A MUST WATCH‼️

Milton Friedman on why liberty must come before equality: “A society that aims for equality before liberty will end up with neither equality nor liberty.” “A society that aims first for liberty will not end up with equality, but it will end up with a closer approach to equality than any other kind of system that has ever been developed.” “You can only aim at equality by giving some people the right to take things from others.” “What ultimately happens when you aim for equality is that A and B decide what C should do for D, except that they take a little bit of commission off on the way.”

Indian courts have repeatedly said: A wife’s income is hers alone. No husband, no family, no obligation. But a man’s income? Automatically treated as family property. He must provide. He must maintain. He must stretch—indefinitely. So let’s ask the uncomfortable question the law avoids: If equality is constitutional, why is financial autonomy gender-exclusive? Why does a husband carry duty without reciprocal right? Why is earning capacity celebrated for women—but monetised against men? This isn’t empowerment. This is selective obligation wrapped as justice.

Hon. Stanley E. Woodward Jr., Associate Attorney General, U.S. Department of Justice, on the importance of humility among prosecutors: “With that power must come humility. It requires discipline. And, above all, it requires accountability. Because when prosecutorial power becomes untethered from constitutional structure, public trust evaporates… Restoring that trust requires more than slogans. It requires a return to constitutional first principles, which is why this administration has focused on restoring clarity, discipline, and democratic accountability across the executive branch.”

A number of people like Nsereko Muhammad are calling on Museveni, the very man who unlawfully abducted Dr. Besigye from Kenya on 16 November 2024 and has kept him imprisoned for over a year in violation of his constitutional rights to "forgive" him. That framing completely misses the point. Like every Ugandan who believes in justice, I want to see Dr. Besigye free. But I'm not going to pretend I desire his freedom more than he does. Dr. Besigye has been consistent from the beginning: the treason charges against him are fabricated, and all he has demanded is what every citizen is entitled to a fair trial before an independent court. This struggle has never been about begging for the mercy of a ruler. It has always been about defending the rule of law against the abuse of state power. Justice is not a favour bestowed by those in power; it is a constitutional right owed to every citizen. As a believer in democracy and constitutionalism, I stand behind whatever decision Dr. Besigye makes. The fight is for justice, not mercy.

🇨🇦⚫️⚖️💰 : Tyler Boyce calls on the Federal government to fund $100 million a year for a black justice strategy, over at least the next 5 years. Why does Canada need a different justice strategy for black people? It sends a terrible message to the black community if our justice system says black criminals are also victims of an unjust society. It's abusive to all victims of crime in Canada if our justice system says black victims of crime are more deserving of justice and support, simply based on race. How will such funding be measured for success?

“It is more fulfilling when you fight than when you surrender. Fight on until you succeed. Those who fall, get up, fight on, and win.” — Koigi wa Wamwere I recently spent some time with Koigi wa Wamwere, a former political prisoner and human rights activist. Koigi is Kenya’s longest-serving political detainee, having spent a total of about 13 years in prison across five different incarcerations between 1975 and 1996. He is one of Kenya’s most respected voices for freedom, justice, and democracy.

When you use a personal phone for government work, it becomes a government work phone. It is that simple. To destroy our freedom of information law in an effort to avoid accountability is the action of someone hiding something.

🚨 DAY THREE IS WHEN GOVERNMENTS START TO WORRY A protest can be dismissed as a one-off. A second day can be described as an isolated reaction. But when demonstrations continue into a third day and beyond, something changes. The story stops being about the original incident. It becomes a test of public sentiment. A test of political authority. And a test of whether those in power still understand the mood of the country. The real concern for governments is not the number of people on the streets today. It is the possibility that the anger driving them there is spreading faster than the authorities can contain politically. Because if the protests continue, the question is no longer: "Why are people protesting?" The question becomes: "Why are so many people still protesting?" That is when a local crisis can become a national one.

I’ve known Justice Thomas for more than 30 years, and his journey is extraordinary. When I asked him to sit down for a series of interviews, he told me, “If anyone else was asking, I’d say no. But because it’s you, I’ll say yes.” Justice Thomas did nine and a half hours of one-on-one interviews for Going Further. Order now at

Hind Rajab should be with us still today. But more than two years after her death, there has been zero accountability for her murder—which is documented in The Voice of Hind Rajab. She’s one of more than 20,000 kids who have been killed in Gaza—more than 100 since the “ceasefire.” That’s why today, I introduced the Justice for Hind Rajab Act, which calls for accountability for her murder.

EVERY AMERICAN NEEDS TO WATCH THIS—AND SHARE IT. A nation can survive an enemy at its borders. Can it survive being taught to despise itself? Troy Mack raises a question we cannot afford to ignore: When does “progress” become ideological subversion? When questioning an idea becomes forbidden, when dissent becomes “hate,” and when loving your country becomes something to apologize for—start asking who benefits. Watch the entire video. 💥💥💥💥 EVERY SECOND OF IT! Challenge the argument. Discuss it with someone who disagrees. Then share it. America’s future deserves more than a scroll. 🇺🇸
