I didn't appreciate Raven much in my first playthrough of Stellar Blade, but I grew to love her character later one. Here in Nikke they gave her more depth than I expected, and it made me love her even more. It would be disappointing if she's not involved in Stellar Blade 2. She's a key character and could become an ally to Eve now that Eve is aware of Mother Sphere's truth. Stellar Blade 2 could be so much more fun if we could get a second playable character. Hell, I'd be fine if they made her like Vergil. I know I'm being greedy here, but I really want Raven back.

Normally by this point in a ski season I will have hiked and skied #TheShoulder 50+ times. But today, 4/2, was my first (and 2nd) this season due to the calf injury combined with the lack of winter. I'm thankful that I was able to get in at least one virgin shoulder run in this season, and that winter decided to make an appearance.

First off, the Atlanta game wasn’t “earlier this season”. It was last season. I was at that game. It wasn’t even remotely the same thing. Caitlin was going for the ball, no wind up, no bent arm. Raven says he has stopped watching wrestling: “I stopped watching. I saw some pay-per-views where I was a guest at a party. You know, they pay you to come in and sit around and watch the pay-per-view with everybody. I’ve done some of those. So I’ve seen some stuff, but not a lot, just a couple of reasons. One, I got so disenchanted, and then I just never started watching again, because I’ve already seen everything that there is, and I’m a completist, so I’d have to watch everything. There’s no time to read books or to watch other TV shows. With my sleep disorder, I need to take a nap every day, I need 9-10 hours sleep, so that cuts into my day. Americans no longer believe a good life is attainable “As a younger millennial, I'm really beginning to question when we're going to call it a f*cking day — We've been sold a f*cking lie pretty much our entire lives, and that this American dream is not f*cking attainable. It's not attainable. It was attainable for the older generations as we know. They were able to work their 40 hours a week and reap the benefits. Whereas we, we have to work 2 to 3 jobs” “I'm not f*cking doing it. I'm not f*cking participating in this — I'm f*cking exhausted. I'm exhausted. I have worked since I was 14 years old. I think most millennials are in the same boat. We've been working forever and we're f*cking burnt out. There's been many phases throughout my life where I've had to work multiple jobs just to get by, just to get by, and I have nothing to show for it. I don't have a house. My car, I've been driving the same car since I was in college, so 10 years, over 10 years, it's f*cking falling apart. I can barely afford groceries. I'm living with my parents because I can't afford to rent on my own. People say, oh, well just get roommates. I'm 30 fucking years old. I shouldn't have to live with f*cking roommates. I'm an adult. I was able to live on my own before. Not anymore, though. All of our clothes are fucking plastic. All of our food is poisonous. It f*cking toxic, and we're paying top dollar for it. I don't have healthcare because when I was laid off, obviously I lost my insurance and I found a way to work for myself, but I, I can't afford, I can't afford healthcare. If I do need something, I'm paying out of pocket. The list just goes. It's never ending. And I think we're all just at a f*cking point where we're, we're done, we're exhausted.“

$119 per hour. That's what security staff at our migrant shelters are paid, according to budget documents I was provided. During the Committee on Governmental Operations preliminary budget hearing, I questioned the Department of Citywide Administrative Services on exactly what we're spending money on. Long story short, nobody really knows. But they'll get back to me with clarification. It seems at first glance that we're being taken advantage of by security subcontractors -- I'm sure to everyone's shock. There isn't a lot of clarity around that $119/hr figure, but I will absolutely be digging into this further, and much more. Transparency and accountability are my top priority here, and at the very least the people have a right to know how their money is being spent.

JUST IN: The viral USSS sn*per team is *not* the pair that took out Thomas Matthew Crooks at the Trump rally. According to USSS spokesman Anthony Guglielmi, there were four total counter-sn*per teams watching over the event. The development is odd because it suggests that multiple teams appeared to be looking at or toward Crooks who somehow managed to get off a clear shot on Trump. Out of the four counter-sn*per teams, two were USSS, and two were local teams. A "local marksman" also engaged but was not the one to fire the fatal shot. The argument is that Black people and white settlers should not be treated as structurally equivalent in relation to Indigenous dispossession, so perhaps the more precise term is “white settler colonialism.” And yes, Tiffany King is one of my “favorite” radical professors, so I was delighted to see her get a shoutout.

It was challenging making new moves for Sailor Venus. Her hair was overly detailed. She's got less than a 100 sprites to work with but I got still more work to do with Sailor Pluto, Sailor Neptune & Sailor Uranus. 👷🚧🖌️ Hoping to finish all 10 senshi within the next two years. Good news is that Sailor Chibimoon and Sailor Saturn are nearly done at least on the graphical side of things. We might get 3 sailors released within the next 3 to 8 months. Seems like a long time but I've been doing this on and off for 15 years.
