Hope he sits. Do not need him running on that field if it’s as bad as they claim

Unreal...how does a player practice on Friday, not play in the game, and then not practice 5 days later...make it make sense

In his latest YouTube video, 2022 1500m World champion Jake Wightman shares a ton of context around the injury that knocked him out of the Olympics. He reveals that in his final workout (one week out from race day in Paris), he was doing a 4 x 400m with six minutes rest. He went 48, 49, 50 and then felt his hamstring go with 200m left in the final rep but finished in 50s. Initially, he thought it was a cramp but it turned out to be a tear in his hamstring tendon. Wasn't able to run for seven or eight weeks after. 2024 season over. Now, he's back to training. Slated to race a 1500m at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston on Feb. 2. 🎥 FULL VIDEO:

🚨A BIG opportunity for clubs in Ireland and the UK! Former Ireland U19 International and Leeds United hot prospect Ronnie McGrath (20) is on the lookout for a new club! Ronnie’s favoured position is centrally CM/AM where he can be most influential on the pitch through is technical dribbling, close control and real eye for a pass! Away from his more favoured position Ronnie is also adapt at playing anywhere along the right-hand-side (RB, RWB, RM, RW) as well as being comfortable on the left. Roles which he played more often during his early career with Leeds United. Following a spell in the USA with Gamecocks Men’s Team, he recently returned to the UK most recently with Tadcaster Albion. However, for any onlookers it was clear to see that Ronnie is classes above that level, a standout performer and if you don’t believe me check out the clip yourself! Not withstanding his talent, Ronnie has a superb attitude and is ready to take any chances offered to him with open arms as soon as possible with a strong interest in returning to his roots in Ireland! 🇮🇪 All Ronnie needs is a chance to showcase what he can do and I’m certain he will reward that!

Sunghoon talking about Sunoo's scary experience 🐧: This is our member 👤: Can I ask who it is? 🐧: SUNOO. When we were trainees, the practice room was in the basement. It was a basement practice room in Yeoksam. That practice room was a bit... I also felt something bad when I saw it. If you pressed the floor, water would seep up from underneath. 🐧: One day, that friend was having a hard time practicing . He woke up, took a shower, sat in the toilet, and took a rest. He fell asleep a little bit. When he woke up and looked ahead, a 5-year-old boy in a trash can was crouching like this. 🐧: He was staring at SUNOO. 👤: In a trash can? 🐧: SUNOO was so shocked he couldn't even blink. He looked at him for a few seconds, and then he looked up again. The boy disappeared again.

The #NancyGuthrie “Kidnapper” video is out: 2 Thoughts/Questions. 1: This is not an experienced kidnapper, he was not remotely prepared to come across a camera doorbell that is not sophistication that is not even preparation. He literally turns around and grabbed some of the flowers from Nancy’s flower bed to cover the camera after he notices that He’s being filmed. Not someone who knows the scene or the property. Or in any way prepared for a possible variable, like someone having a camera door doorbell. Which is not really a variable it’s more common sense. 2: Why did it take 10 days to release this to the public? I do not buy for one second that it took 10 days to get this data - someone completely dropped the ball, or SOMETHING ELSE is dramatically at play here. Your thoughts??

A friend of mine during my freshman year of college begged me to do Acid with him. He was the homecoming king and star football player in Hs. He was also a frat superstar that slayed beautiful girls every week. Plus he was well liked and respected Because of Connor Murphys erratic behavior that started around this time from psychedelics, I said no. The next day my friend who took acid knocks on everybody’s door in the dorm and proclaims he is Jesus Christ. He then crashes his car and drops out of college. He has not recovered fully since. A lot of Connor’s content is very similar to mine and that could’ve been me had it not been for his existence. Everybody saying rest in peace Connor but then doing Tren and psychedelics is slapping him in the face in my opinion. The only way to truly give meaning to suffering and honor to an untimely death is to learn from the lessons their blessing of life gave and not repeat them. Rest in peace to the true mogger. Such a sad situation. Was planning to collab in Thailand with him and spoke to him which was a dream of mine.

I was sitting at a restaurant waiting for my steak. Phone buzzed bot closed a position +$87. The steak cost $62. He just covered my dinner and left a tip. I started counting what else he paid for this week. The list got longer than I expected. Monday: he made +$31. Taxi to the office cost $23. Covered. Tuesday: he made +$14. Morning coffee $6. Had enough left over for a second one. Wednesday: he made +$92. I did not buy anything. Money just sat there. Thursday: he lost $8. First red day all week. Price of one latte. Friday: he made +$47. Ordered delivery for $34. Covered it with $13 to spare. Saturday: he made +$156. Bought sneakers for $140. First time he paid for clothing. Sunday: he made +$91. Spent nothing. Sunday. Total for the week: he made +$423. I spent about $265. He is ahead. → This is the wallet he copies: He runs 24 hours a day. I spend money about 16 hours a day. So far he is winning the race. Interesting question is what week he covers rent?

In an exclusive interview #ToryLanez speaks out as he continues to fight for a fair review of his case. His legal team points to missing pages from key medical records that jurors never saw and argues that important evidence was never fully presented at trial. Tory says had he taken the stand himself he truly believes the verdict would have been different. He also makes it clear he is not angry with Megan and holds no ill will toward her. What he wants is simple for someone to take an honest look at his case and give him a fair shot. His team says they are not only pursuing appeals but are also seeking a pardon and plan to take the case to the Supreme Court as early as next week.

Today would have been my nephew Matthew Perna's 42nd Birthday. If January 6, had never occurred, he would probably be married with a baby or 2. His Dad would still be alive, instead of deteriorating and dying a brokenhearted man, 2 years after Matthew. Matthew loved so many things in his life, one was music. His Dad was a classical pianist and taught him to play. (My Dad was also a pianist, who taught Matthew's Dad and the rest of our family.) He had not played piano for several years, but when he decided to stay near his Dad after his Mom died unexpectedly, he bought a used piano. This is a short video shows him revisiting a classical piece of music that he hadn't played since he was a child. He was determined to get back to playing, so he pulled out the old music books that he was taught from, and started again. After his arrest, he never touched those keys again.💔😢

It’s early but the first story of week is already developing. Last week Brandon Berry was 12th alternate. A few days ago he sent me a message asking if other alternates were on site. At that time he was 5th alternate. There were a few, but since he lives in South Florida decide to come, since it’s only an hour flight. He moved all the way to first by this morning. And now he has heard that a player might be sick and he might have a tee time. Making the story that more compelling is how he is in the alternate position. Last year at 2nd to last finals event Berry missed the cut by one. On Friday he accidentally played the wrong ball, resulting in a two stroke penalty. Because of that he finished 76th in points, missing out on retaining his full card by one stroke over the entire season. Had he made the cut he was almost assured of keeping it. Devastating mistake, but now possibly a chance to change that this week. He will get a good amount of starts but a made cut here goes a long way. Also Brandon and his family are great people, it’s easy to cheer for him.

2/3. On 9/10/2001 the day before 9/11 attack on our Nation, Donald Rumsfeld came out and told us all that the Pentagon was missing $2.3 TRILLION, but he said there would be a full audit to find where all the money went. A reporter on Now Daily said the following: “Accounting offices in the Pentagon were blown up and accounting offices based in New York building in the World Trade Centre were demolished." So Basically, it just happened that The Pentagon accounting department with the records, and responsible for doing that audit was hit by an unidentified flying object the next day. WTC 1, 2 & 7 housed government offices that held those records, so the only backups for that data are gone. And this week Pentagon: $6.2 BILLION in Ukraine aid Missing due to Accounting Error, so Pentagon accounting error provides an extra $6.2 BILLION for Ukraine🤔😂 or is it possible that this Administration got played and the $6.2 BILLION went to Wagner Mercenary Group🤷🏻‍♀️. Just like the $2.3 Trillion that went missing and then 9/11 happened.

This day in #KISStory : 1982. Swedish TV. Gene sits down and pontificates. I want to highlight this Gene Simmons clip. Something changed….He has blocked me FOR NOT being a yes man. He says here it is important not to JUST have sycophant yes man fans. Well. I was trying to say the crazy tweets of 2020 and calling out 1/2 of the fans was not a good look, and I stand BY THAT. I also love Gene for what he has meant to me in my life. The impact Paul and Gene have made… helped make me into a pretty good guy. Just wish we could get past ALL the bullshit😔. Love ya, Demon. Always have. Always WILL. Regardless. #KISS : 1982 #COTN

Warning! Highly Sensitive video Corp Member Found Dead in Nembe, Bayelsa State; Police, NYSC Urged to Investigate A young Nigerian graduate and serving NYSC member, Okebaram Stanley Chimaoke, has reportedly been found dead in Nembe, Bayelsa State, under circumstances that remain unclear. Stanley, a former SUG President of the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, was serving in Bayelsa when he reportedly went missing on Friday night after leaving his residence to get food from a local restaurant. According to accounts from his colleagues, he never returned. His body was reportedly discovered in a river around the Nembe waterside on Sunday afternoon with parts of his body allegedly eaten by crabs. What is particularly disturbing is that the actual cause of Stanley’s death remains unknown. There are concerns that no clear explanation has yet been provided about what happened between the time he went missing and when his body was found. There are also reports that the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) reached out to the state and local police authorities over the matter, but the circumstances surrounding his death reportedly remain unresolved as no actual investigation is ongoing. Stanley was in 2023 Civil Engineering set. A young man who graduated, served as a student leader and proceeded to serve his country through the NYSC should not have his death treated as a mystery that nobody is willing to investigate. The Nigeria Police Force, Bayelsa State Police Command and NYSC must urgently investigate this case. Nigeria Police Force @BayelsaPolice NYSC NDHQ Stanley’s family, friends and colleagues deserve answers. His disappearance, the circumstances surrounding the discovery of his body and the actual cause of his death must be properly investigated. This is very very sad to say the least! How did someone who went to get food end up in a river?

This fandom continues to be disappointing. They trend BTS is 7 and BTS only has Army when in fact Taehyung only has his loyal fans. When the surprise drop of LMA and RD came out, the previous song already had been out for 4 weeks. Army decided that a 4 week old song still was the priority and playlists not only consisted of the 4 week old song but the song’s remixes. Only 2 weeks after RD AND LMA dropped a new remix dropped for the now 6 week old song. Army advised the 6 week old song should still be prioritized and increased. When Layover dropped the priority still was not Taehyung. Several threads from Army stating the newly dropped album would increase the now 8 week old song. Fans were then gaslit by Army saying this happens every time a new album comes out, old songs increase. But guess who songs didn’t increase when the latest album came out? Taehyung. 3 weeks after the release of Layover a new song emerged. The priority again is not Taehyung. Army wants to not only chart the new song but to keep the now 11 week old song at the top. When fans asked for a recomeback for Layover they were told it was already done and it’s now time for a member’s birthday and the goals were to increase a 28 week old song higher than 4 week old Layover. You might be thinking what recomeback was done because you didn’t notice. Well, it came in the form of asking for 200 screen shots and they called it a day. Is Kim Taehyung a part of BTS? This was his 1st album. His debut! Why was he never the priority from a fandom that claims to love all 7. Keep streaming! Keep supporting Layover TAEHYUNG HAS ONLY KTHS #Layoverto1B

VeryDarkMan is trending because today, he announced that his new NGO website was hacked and ₦180M out of ₦240M of donation, was removed. Of course, no one believes. But it’s possible. Don Jazzy who donated ₦100M in October, is still following him though. Contrary to the rumors. The website is ., it has been disabled now, “for security reasons”. According to experts, the money was kept in Zenith bank, but somehow his website was hacked and it affected his Zenith bank accounts. For simpler understanding.. it’s like saying bandits attacked you in Kaduna, and your car in Lagos disappeared. However, it’s possible if Zenith Bank gave him backend access. But this is highly unlikely. Also, it is possible if the funds were stored on the website, but that’s not the case, because even fintech companies find it difficult to meet CBN’s wallet requirements. And! To prove the site is not “live”., few days ago DeeOne pointed out that, the website is showing credits of 1k 500, etc, but the total funds is not moving, instead it was reducing. Nigerians don’t just believe him, but have compared it to the story where a JAMB official said snake swallowed ₦36M in their office. Just this week he bought a brand new luxurious GT AMG Benz, worth around 200M. So, people are suggesting that’s where the money went. While his core fans are arguing that, he is rich enough to afford the Benz. The good news is, VDM is on his way to Jos to arrest the suspect. He has arrested one of them already. But we are still unsure if ₦160m was moved or ₦180 was moved. • Need experts to handle your assignments, project, PhD, MSc etc. Join here and prof will reach you —

Dan Orlovsky said the Bears least proven WR room in the NFL bc last year they had nobody top 70 in catches or top 50 in yards. He said the group is gonna have to improve or the Bears offense isn’t gonna be what people expect it to be. I think Dan Orlovsky does a great job, but this is where the spreadsheet misses the football. Yes, the Bears WR room is young. Using raw career catches and yards to call it a weakness is shortsighted. Rome Odunze missed 5 games and still finished with 44 catches 661 yards and six TDs. Luther Burden missed 2 games but if you watched the Bears you know his production was the tale of two seasons. He went from 24.4 YPG in his first 7 games to 60.1 over his final 8 which is a 1,022-yard pace. He also finished 3rd in the league in yards per route run. And if we’re evaluating weapons leaving out Colston Loveland is unfair. From Week 9 on, he had 47 catches 597 yards and 6 TDs. Those 597 yards ranked 2nd among all TEs. He then added 193 yards in 2 playoff games. They might be inexperienced but they’re not lacking talent. I think the pass-catching group as a whole is a strength of this roster. #DaBears #Bears
