Strongly condemn the behaviour of Youth Congress leaders at the BJP State Office. What were the police doing when Youth Congress leaders were burning an effigy of the Hon’ble Prime Minister and painting the BJP office gate black? Is the intelligence system in Telangana even functioning? When the BJP State Office is being attacked in broad daylight, are the police simply watching? Are they working at the behest of the Congress? Don’t the police have a responsibility to protect the state office of a national political party located in the heart of Hyderabad? The police must answer for this failure. Congress leaders should not mistake our patience for weakness. If we decide to respond, Youth Congress leaders won’t be able to move around freely. Those responsible must be arrested and brought before the law by this evening. Otherwise, our response will go beyond what the Youth Congress has done today. If BJYM workers decide to act, Youth Congress leaders won’t be able to move around freely. The Congress leadership must respond immediately. Otherwise, BJP workers will lay siege to Congress offices across the state. The State Government will be held responsible for the consequences that follow.
