Rayman Legends vs Retold

While the remastered looks very good, original still has more charm and soul to it. I'd rather play that one instead.

They should have just made a new game instead of this remake. This feels like a watered-down remake for the zoomies who refuse to play old games even if they still hold up.

I was hoping they would rework his design in the remake to bridge the old and new one. Oh well.

The original has a pretty nice and distinct storybook artstyle that looks to still hold up pretty well. The remake, as nice as it looks just seems very unnecessary. Change for changes sake.

The original is much more charming in my opinion.

I'll be honest that I prefer the original game. The graphics still hold exceptionally well. They could've just remastered it. The remake looks good, but you can see that the backgrounds are more "busy", with some distracting elements.

i would have liked if it was a remake of the FIRST rayman, not the origins, i would like to see the rayman trilogy again... kinda disappointed

Every hater of this game spews out the same 3 regurgitated complaints that are either based entirely of nostalgia or completely false, my main complaint tbh is that backgrounds feels empty, I understand the og Rayman 3 also had empty BG's but they usually have a coloured BG
