This is not the macOS version of RDR2, as there is no macOS version of the game. It is the x86-64 Windows version of the game running through FEX and Wine.

There is no Mac version of RDR2. This is probably a translation layer that translates the game from Windows. Tho I really want to see Steam expand thier Proton layer to MacOS, IOS, and Android so we can officially play Steam games on them. That would be revolutionary.

It's fake I think it's not because iphone can't handle it it's because the emulsion on iOS is not that advanced yet
