@ParallaxStella @Official_AIAS I’m glad they’re acknowledging it but sadly I see more layoffs coming as AI advances more. AI is going to replace jobs just like robots replaced jobs in the auto industry. Why pay a person many times when you can pay for an AI once and it never stops or gets tired

The problem is with the management who over hire then have to lay off. Most of the companies don't need the large workforce that they currently have. Just look at X/ Twitter here. Everyone thought the layoffs were crazy but it's still working even better now(apart from the horny bots). The management should be held accountable for mismanagement of their product in the first place.
