I actually suck at tetris but staying with the IDE instead of switching to browser and scrolling the feed while waiting seem like a good idea.

It’s a good idea but getting the build times down would be an even bigger win 😄 I’ll be presenting some findings on build profiles at the React Native Japan meetup next week if it’s of any interest to Software Mansion!

Amazing work with Radon IDE! Is there any chance you could add access to simulator's internal storage? For my project I need to be able to open a file in the app and to do that I first need to send the file to simulator, which is not possible right now afaik

So, your idea was to not get distracted while waiting for a process to finish by actually distracting? Why not instead create a view that reflects on changes: summarizes the changes with meta data, e.g. why they possible were or were not helpful, other solutions, etc.

I was posting this half-jokingly. But I think in reality no-one really just sits there and watches the console logs until the build is finished. What people do is they switch to some other app, maybe start reading twitter. This is much more distracting, because the game ends when the build is finished while when you switch away from the build entirely you don't know when it is ready.
