If you typically stream with a 3D model, I highly recommend that you pose your model when you’re not doing full body mocap instead of letting it stay in the stiff generic pose! It makes a huge difference in how your energy is conveyed (ᗒ⩊ᗕ)⸝ި ʕᦏ⌎ I’m only saying this because I noticed this a lot with my own 3D kids, but here’s a comparison showcase: ← default pose & default pendulum physics in Warudo → custom poses & slightly adjusted pendulum physics If you find it hard to pose within Warudo by using bone offsets or none of the existing poses in Warudo vibe with you, you can make your own like me! I made my custom poses in “VRM Posing Desktop” (this is the BEST vrm posing app I’ve ever used in the past 3 years) and exported them as Unity anims then dropped them into Warudo’s animation folder! You can then make a simple blueprint in Warudo to toggle between poses and make your model look more alive! It should fit especially well for just chatting streams 🙂‍↕️✨

✨ 3d models are now LIVE on Photo AI 😊 You can now turn any AI photo you make into a 3d model by pressing [ 📦 Make 3d model ] And then you can view it inside Photo AI or download it as a .GLB 3d model file It's still very early in AI generated 3d model world but it's nice to have this feature working already As always, the models will keep improving, so this feature will keep getting better (like it did with video, it sucked before, now it's getting passable) Next would be nice to switch to .USDZ so you can load it straight into your iPhone with ARKit and put it in your room Available now for everyone on the Premium and Ultra plan

If last year was great. This year was 🤯. Alhamdullilah. 10 days. 3 houses. 22 Muslims in tech. The houses were packed mashallah with founders including 3x YC founders, exited founders, VCs in the Muslim space, apps with millions of users, founders of Muslim accelerators and engineers working at leading companies. People flew in from 🇬🇧🇦🇪🇨🇦🇺🇸🇧🇭🇳🇱🇮🇪 to make this. SF Tech House | 2024 Edition | The Highlights: ✨ House dinners with Muslims from companies including Microsoft, Tesla, Google, YouTube & Neuralink ✨ Private house fireside chats with special guests including exited founder to Uber, ex-VP at Google Cloud and Sami Hamdi (Sami Hamdi سامي الهاشمي الحامدي) ✨ Muslim Tech Fest (Muslim Tech Fest) - Haroon's talk was literally one of the best I've ever heard. ✨ Discussions around AI & Ethics at Zaytuna College with Hamza Yusuf. ✨ Visits to Stanford (absolutely stunning ... had to get me some merch) & Berkley university campuses ✨ MTW Kick Off Lunch at Sals + Tech Dinner at Zareens ✨ Lunch + tour of Google with their Muslim Network including a Demo Day at their offices. We asked some important & tough questions. ✨ White Water Rafting on South Fork American River. ✨ Q&A at YC with YC Partner Brad Flora who was very nice and accommodating. ✨ & Buildspace tour with Omar Waseem + Q&A with their GP Hubert Thieblot ✨ Visit to Apple Visitor Centre in Cupertino ✨ Experiencing Waymo (driverless taxi) in San Francisco ✨ BBQ with Muslims in Tech in South Bay ✨ Marshmallows on the Beach with the Muslim Bay Area community It was an unbelievable week packed with value and amazing vibes alhamdullilah ❤️ The talent in the house was insane. A text I received from someone staying in the house after returning home: "I can without doubt say that there are a few unicorns coming out of that house. What you’ve done is unprecedented for our community, I always felt we were the underdogs, I can almost certainly say after this that we are now in the lead. I don’t think there is any other community who is so supportive of each other, while being ambitious to try to build great things alhamdulilah." We all left with huge determination to build impactful solutions for humanity, to encourage ihsaan (perfection) and and to bring some of our learnings from the Bay Area to our respective countries to help build Muslim tech ecosystems across the world. I pray this trip helped plant some seeds 🌱 We'll be measuring the success of it by the progress we see in the years to come inshaAllah!

currently experimenting with WAN 2.6 I2V on GMI Cloud in this test, I’m comparing two audio workflows and honestly both perform really well. one scene uses audio generated directly from the prompt, while the other uses manually uploaded audio taken from the film 300. visually, both deliver strong motion and solid performance. however, the version with audio coming straight from the prompt feels slightly more refined, camera movement is smoother, transitions flow more naturally and the sync between voice, facial motion, and pacing feels more cohesive. lip sync, especially for Chinese dialogue also comes across a bit cleaner. you can choose single shot for a clean, focused moment or multi shot if you want more cinematic transitions, even when working from just one reference image. one important note: always turn on prompt extension. it makes a noticeable difference in how well the model understands motion, transitions and overall scene flow. both audio approaches are totally usable, but if you’re building dialogue driven or cinematic scenes, starting with audio from the prompt gives WAN 2.6 a bit more context to work with. I’ll be pushing this further with more dynamic camera movement and transitions next. more experiments coming soon ✨ Wan
