This is off topic to the post, but i logged into your game today, and got a notification about cross progression, even though i have been playing this season, and now all my progress for the last few months in just gone. how can i fix this? i lost what appears to be MONTHS-

I lost my heirloom, skins, and rank because of cross progression when i only have 1 account. Please fix this, i spent way too much on this game to just have it all taken away
