11 months sober from alcohol and weed for me! I quit both on the same day, cold turkey!

Be careful with alcohol addiction stopping cold turkey. If you were a heavy heavy heavy drinker and one day you decide to quit, alcohol is one of the substances that if not carefully weened off slowly it'll fucking kill you.

This is triggering for me. Almost 2 years sober.
