The most I’ve been on my feet in one day… possibly ever 😅 So much STANDING. Was there for over 7 hours, on my feet for at least 6 of those… and only managed to walk 8K steps while I was there 😂 It was such a blessing to meet so many cool people. If we take a photo this weekend and decide to post it, feel free to tag me! For the sake of my journey, I’m genuinely grateful that I decided to go on this trip. Re: Fasting before the Weekly Weigh-In I’m telling y’all about it, not trying to be “sneaky” about anything. Just wanting to see the fruits of my labor recently. Even if the loss is “temporary”; it will still give me a lot of motivation right now. And if I fast once a week, I should be able to keep a lot of that fluid retention maintained. #weightlossjourney #weightloss #motivation #fitness #fatloss
