From what I was shown consciousness is primary and generates or manifests all the energy in this and all the other Universes. Energy vibrates, becomes light and light slows down to become matter etc. If it vibrates, it will change. If it can change it will eventually cease to be. If it can cease to be it is not primary and ultimately not actually real. All is within the mind of a singular consciousness that is the creator which is outside of and before and simultaneously within all and will continue to be after time and space ceases to be. You are that.

Beautifully expressed. Perhaps consciousness is not something we possess, but the very ground of existence itself. Everything arises within it, takes form, changes, and eventually returns to the Source.
