@KanuDesai180 @PrabhavJoshi @GujEPDept @GuvnlOfficial @CEPP_UGVCL @CEppugvcl1 Madam Power generated by Solar generation and injected through 11KV feeder to substation. The load catered by ss will use this power which reduces power requirement from long distance and reduces transformers, line and other apparatus loss.

@KanuDesai180 @PrabhavJoshi @GujEPDept @GuvnlOfficial @CEPP_UGVCL @CEppugvcl1 "Congrats🎉 to IAS @PrabhavJoshi sir, new Rajkot Collector! Let's focus on East side areas like Kherdi,Gadhka & Maliyasan. They're vital area as an entrance like Sindhu Bhawan, SG Highway & Iscon .but Neglected for too long, it's time to work together & develop for a this area.

Inaugurated the new administrative building of Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) at Aundh, Pune—based on eco-friendly (green building), Super E.C.B.C. and Net Zero concept. It reflects the commitment to clean energy and decarbonisation, meeting every green building benchmark. Congratulated the MEDA team for this exemplary achievement. Over the years, MEDA has shown outstanding performance in the renewable energy sector. Maharashtra now leads the country in solar energy generation, especially through distributed power models. Under the PM-KUSUM scheme, we have installed 5 lakh solar pumps—more than the combined 4 lakh installed in the rest of the country. Maharashtra have set an ambitious target: to meet 100% of agriculture power demand through solar energy by December 2026, bringing significant cost savings. Two core objectives guide our path forward: ✅ The first objective is to solarise all Government offices. In the 1st phase, consumers using up to 100 units of electricity will be brought to solar energy. ✅ The second objective is to prepare a separate scheme for the State similar to the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. In the 2nd phase, consumers using up to 300 units of electricity will be brought to solar energy. We’ve also signed an MoU with a Russian Government company for thorium-based power generation. It will be a game-changer for India and a boost to environmental protection. Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji has set a national goal of 50% electricity from renewable sources by 2030. Maharashtra will surely exceed this and achieve at least 52%. Deputy Chairman of Maharashtra Legislative Council Dr Neelamtai Gorhe, Deputy Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Anna Bansode, Minister Atul Save, MP Shrirang Appa Barne, MP Dr Medhatai Kulkarni, MLA Uma Khapre, MLA Bhimrao (Anna) Tapkir and other dignitaries were present. Solar storms may be invisible, but they can quietly knock out satellites, blackout power grids, and disrupt global communications. Scientists call this space weather—and for decades, it was hard to monitor in real time. That’s where the Daocheng Solar Radio Telescope (DSRT) comes in. Perched 3,820 meters above sea level in southwest China, DSRT is the world’s largest solar radio telescope of its kind. Its 313 antennas form a one-kilometer-wide ring around a 100-meter calibration tower, scanning the Sun like a giant super-eye. The circular layout isn’t just for show—it keeps all antennas perfectly aligned and avoids signal interference, which is essential for detecting faint, fast-moving solar eruptions. Its view spans ten times the Sun’s diameter, letting scientists continuously image the Sun, analyze its radio signals, and even build 3D maps of solar activity. This setup allows scientists to follow eruptions as they unfold, instead of reacting after the effects hit Earth. Powerful solar flares can unleash energy equivalent to billions of nuclear bombs, threatening satellites, aviation, navigation, and power grids. The 1989 Quebec storm, for example, blacked out a 21,000 MW power grid for nine hours. In May 2024, DSRT data helped thousands of satellites adjust their orbits to avoid a major solar storm. By sharing data with international teams, DSRT helps scientists worldwide predict solar activity and safeguard the technology billions depend on every day. It’s not just science—it’s a global early-warning system for our technology-driven world.

This is the next big plan for SpaceX: AI Data Centers in Space. • To achieve even a small fraction of a Kardashev Type II civilization (harnessing the full energy of the Sun), AI compute will require orders of magnitude more energy than Earth can ever provide. • Earth only intercepts about 1–2 billionths of the Sun’s total energy output. • Massive-scale AI (e.g., a million times more energy than Earth could produce) can only be powered by capturing far more solar energy in space. • Space-based solar-powered AI satellites/compute clusters are therefore inevitable. • In space, sunlight is continuous (no night, no clouds, no atmosphere), so no batteries are needed. • Solar panels in space can be extremely lightweight and cheap (no glass, no storm-proof framing required). • Cooling in space is dramatically easier and simpler: just radiate heat directly into the cold vacuum — no water, no fans, no liquids, no massive cooling infrastructure. • Most of the mass/volume of current supercomputer racks (e.g., GB300) is cooling hardware; in space that largely disappears. • The cost-effectiveness of electricity and compute in space will soon be overwhelmingly better than on Earth. • Elon’s Prediction: within ~5 years (by ~2030), the lowest-cost way to run large-scale AI will be solar-powered satellites in space. • A terawatt/year of AI compute is essentially impossible on Earth with any realistic build-out of power plants. • Scaling both power generation and cooling on Earth at the required rate is physically and politically unfeasible.

Elon Musk: Everything is solar power. The rest is noise. “The sun is about 99.8% of the mass of the solar system. Jupiter's about 0.1% and everything else is in the remaining 0.1%, and we are much less than 0.1%. So, if you burnt all of the mass of the solar system, then the total energy produced by the sun would still round up to 100%. If you just burnt Earth, the whole planet, and burnt Jupiter, which is very big and quite challenging to burn, turn Jupiter into a thermonuclear reactor, the sun is 99.8% of the mass of the solar system and everything else is in the miscellaneous category. Basically, no matter what you do, total energy produced in our solar system rounds up to 100% from the sun. You could even throw another Jupiter in, so we're going to snag a Jupiter from somewhere else, you could teleport two more Jupiters into our solar system, burn them, and the sun would still round up to 100%. As long as you're at 99.6%, you're still rounding up to 100%. Maybe that gives some perspective of why solar is really the thing that matters. And, as soon as you start thinking about things at a grander scale, like Kardashev Scale 2 civilizations, it becomes very, very obvious. I'm not saying anything that's new, by the way. Anyone who studies physics has known this for a very long time. In fact, Kardashev, a Russian physicist who came up with this idea, I think, in the 1960s, just as a way to classify civilizations, where Kardashev Scale 1 would be, you've harnessed most of the energy of the planet, Kardashev Scale 2, you've harnessed most of the energy of your sun, Kardashev 3, you've harnessed most of the energy of a galaxy. Now we're only about 1% or a few percent of Kardashev Scale 1 right now, optimistically. But as soon as you go to Kardashev Scale 2, where you're talking about the power of the sun, then you're really just saying everything is solar power and the rest is in the noise. Like, the sun produces about a billion times, or call it well over a billion times more energy than everything on Earth combined.” All-In Podcast, October 31, 2025
