Recently asked Coach Roberts about being a “win now” team while still developing younger talent, like Sania Feagin and Ta’Niya Latson: Essentially, the Sparks are focused on pursuing a championship and not development. “I think every team in the league wants to win now,” said Roberts. “But we also...

So the ‘win now’ strategy is to add Kate Martin and Kiana Williams as the pieces to help them get a championship ?? I don’t think Raegan Pebley will have that job much longer lmaoooo

So this win now strategy is why they made one of the worst trades in all of sports history with Jackson for Atkins? This team looks old and a step behind.

What's so wrong about her stance is her saying, "theyvdidnt come to be apart of a rebuild..." did she not know she is the rebuild herself? Sania may get a development contract somewhere.

It’s the fact that KP of all people isn’t stepping up and pressuring the FO this team isn’t even close to being a championship lvl team but I guess she isn’t complaining because she’s getting her 30+ a game

Don’t get me wrong…. I do think there’re some legitimate gripes when it comes to Marsh, but I *do* feel like a lot of it is overblown. It’s nowhere near as bad as LA

Oh I meant Tyler DeLuca, from No Cap Space lol, but yeah I do think Id trust Tyler M more than Roberts, in terms of using his players best skillsets and distributing minutes

we’re going to have to start using full governments lol. But yes, I remember his “are the Sparks doing too much” take after the Plum trade. Was right there with him. Looks even crazier present day

Well, that I agree with anyway. Unless you're Sidney Johnson, you want to win every game, no matter what the draft consequences may be.

Mike Macdonald explains why not playing in the NFL actually helped him become a better coach, and says it forced him to lead with honesty instead of pretending he had all the answers “Because it’s like, who am I going to kid here? I can’t do what you guys do. And so I think that’s where it starts. And then you’re a young coach, so it’s also an acknowledgement to say, ‘Hey, look, I feel very strongly about some things. There’s a lot of things I also acknowledge I don’t know yet because we haven’t experienced these things, and I don’t have the skins on the wall to say, “Look, I know what’s going on here.”’ “I believe I know what it takes, and I’m going to try to create a compelling vision that we want to create, and a pathway and principles that we can go by to get there. But if we really believe in this culture of growth and 12 is one, well, I’m in this thing and our coaches are in this thing with our players. “There’s coaches in our league and coaches in history that, deservedly so, come in and say, ‘Hey, look, this is how we’re going to do business. Here’s your book. We’re going to go to page July, August, whatever, and this is what we do, this is how we do business, and this is what’s going to win.’ And it’s worked like that. But if I did that, that wouldn’t be authentic. “So my thing is, ‘Hey, look, I’m learning with you guys in this journey.’ It’s more fun that way, and it takes the edge off. We’re going to give it everything we have because we decided we’re going to try to do it this way. If we don’t get the results we wanted, let’s go back and see what we can improve on process-wise to yield better results. “And you just keep doing that. That’s an honest process. But you’ve got to keep it real with them. If we fall short, which we’ve done plenty of times from the coaching staff, or if there are things that aren’t up to the vision and the standard of how we said we were going to be, we’ve got to be the first ones to show that we’re willing to grow from that because that’s what you expect from your players.”

Ben Johnson explains how you build a physically tough team without just screaming at players to be tougher, and says it starts with the character of the players “It’s one thing to say that and want that. How do you get that done in practice and leading up to games?” “Yeah. Well, I think if you ask some of our players, they they would tell you that it was one of the more challenging training camps that they’ve they’ve gone through. And I give them a lot of credit because they trusted this coaching staff. And it’s their desire to be great. It’s their desire to win.” “They they want to they want to be really good at their positions. They want to be really good as a team. And so the buy-in has been there. They they’ve trusted us every step of the way. I think we’ve been very smart with how we’ve approached it. we’ve explained the why to them on everything that we do, which is so critical these days.” “And like I said before, I think when you have guys like Kevin Bard and Grady Jarrett and Joe Tuni, guys that have won at a high level, they played meaningful games in the playoffs, they’ve been to Super Bowls, when you have guys like that, it just helps it helps forge that direction and and brings the locker room with us, you know, and I can’t give those guys enough credit.” “Was that a conscious effort on you guys part to get a couple of veteran guys like that and bring them in those those big-time leaders?” “Yeah, I mean, well, it starts there all the all three of those guys I mentioned, they’re phenomenal football players and even though they’re getting up there in years a little bit, they still are and they they make a meaningful impact on game day. But you’re right, I think their leaders

⭐️: You’re asking if I have any worries these days? Well… there is something. Anyway, a lot of people have come to recognize us now, and I think things have gone really well for us. But I do have some personal concerns. Now that everything has gone so well, I do find myself wondering, “Just how much of a person am I, really?” Of course, Ateez has done really well, but when it comes to things like the members’ individual recognition—I don’t know what to call it, recognition, I guess—I do think about how I can make up for that on my end. What do I need to work harder at so that all of us can look good together? I do think about things like that. Anyway, we’ve been through everything together for eight years, but even then, everyone’s pace is different. So the healthy way I think about it is, “What can I do here? What can I do right now?” Once I’ve done everything I can, I think the rest is out of my hands So I really believe in the saying “jininsa daechonmyeong”: Do everything you can, and leave the rest to fate. I really believe in that and live by it. There was a time like that, too. There was a day when I felt really down. I think it was about three years ago. And even then, I thought the same thing: “Don’t get frustrated here. Just do what I can do right now, what’s right in front of me.” So I kept doing what I could, like working out, and I didn’t let go of that dream. I just kept doing what I was supposed to do. Then, less than a month later, a really good opportunity came to me. So I thought, “If I don’t give up and I keep doing my best, good opportunities really do come naturally. Opportunities come to people who are prepared.” And now Ateez is doing well again, and there are members who are seeing even more of the spotlight. I’m also receiving a lot of love, but when I think about it in terms of being recognized by the general public, I still think, “What is there that I can do here?” Honestly, there isn’t that much we can do. We just work hard at dancing and singing, work hard at filming, take care of our bodies, eat well, sleep well, and communicate with our fans often. That’s about it. There are probably a lot of schedules and things like that that people don’t see, but I think that if I just work hard at the things I can do, maybe I’ll be able to do well again, and maybe there’ll be even better results. The ironic thing is, that’s how I think about it these days. In the past, if you wanted to become famous, you would go on TV, do shoots, film things, do photo shoots, things like that. But these days, and I feel a little cautious saying this, you have to already be famous to be able to go on those shows. Anyway, those people also care about the results, so I completely understand it. And we’re not a huge company, either. So it’s not like we can just get ourselves placed on those shows. Was that too honest? We want to go on them. But even if we say, “We want to go on, please let us go on,” it doesn’t mean that’s enough to make it happen. So I think it’s a pretty difficult situation. Still, because we’ve done well, there are now members who can go on better programs than before. And then, within that, I find myself thinking about these things again. But I think I’m doing well. I think I’ve done well up until now, and I’ll continue to do well going forward. So I trust myself. So I wouldn’t really call it a worry. Maybe I should call it a worry where the answer is already there. The answer is already decided, so I’m not worried about it, but it is still something I think about. You know how they say, “A slight difference in wording can make a big difference”? It’s kind of like that.

[Trans] WIN WITH KAWS HOLIDAY (1) 🎤: Let’s talk about your #souri macarons that have been selling out every single day! 🐰: Thank you to everyone for your interest. At the stores, we’ve been trying our best to manage things because, honestly, we weren’t prepared for this level of demand and didn’t expect it. Both our front-of-house and back-of-house teams have been working really hard together. 🎤: It’s become a market sensation now. 🐰: Yes, we can’t produce enough in time. The orders came in unexpectedly, and we didn’t forecast it. I really feel for the production team because they’ve had to work late nights. We truly want everyone to get a chance to try them.🩷 🎤: So what are you doing to meet the demand? 🐰: We’re already ramping up production, but it’s not something that can be done instantly. There are processes involved, and we also have to order more ingredients. Some of those take months to arrive. 🎤: Did you ever think it would become this big? 🐰: Never. All of us have been working at our fullest from the beginning to make the best product possible, something that makes people happy when they eat it. When people enjoy it and spread the word, that’s the biggest reward for us. 🥹 🎤: What do you say to customers who complain about the wait? 🐰: Our inbox is overflowing right now. I just got off a call with the team that they can’t keep up with the messages. We’re adding overtime to get through every message. Usually, we work in shifts, but we’ve had to call in extra help. We’re also trying to get orders out as fast as we can. 🎤: No one’s about to pass out from the workload, right? 🐰: We’re close! 😅 #CentralEmbassyXWinMetawin #winmetawin

Inspired talking about Skewmond and" the best jungler in the west" debate Q: Everyone was talking a lot of Skewmond, and I would like to know about: do you believe like the series put an end to any debate about the best jungler in the West? Inspired: To me, there was never a debate. I knew that I’m always the best, but I think Skewmond is a good player. I wouldn’t say that he had any phenomenal series, though, this tournament. I think he, against T1, he still made a lot of mistakes. When he was stronger, he didn’t really try to fight enemies, and or sometimes just over committed a bit, and I think G2 won against T1 just by waiting for T1 to make mistakes. I think today, I think Skewmond played well in the team fights. I think every time he was on my screen and we’re like skirmishing and team fighting, I think he did a good job. But I think just like team wise, and like how they all played together as a team and use their jungler was wrong. And it’s hard to say, as I always said, that don’t really know who’s there like which jungler is good because you don’t really know what was his idea beyond the game plan, what his teammates wanted to do. But it just seems like they were not connected well enough, and on top of that, as I said, I think the drafts were not that great. So yeah, I think he’s a good player, but I think they need to work more on team synergy in order to actually pressure when they’re strong if they want to be like the best in the world, because I think they definitely can, but need to work a bit more.
