Good cues! Side-of-glass, don't squirt, swirl not shake, etc. (GHK-cu is super fragile!) I use a larger syringe for transferring BAC water to get the 2mL all at once. I don't like deliberately adding air. Some will get in, though. The trade-off is fighting a vacuum. 😂 Good ref!
