Ingredients: 4-8 beef short ribs 1 onion 2 celery stalks 1 head garlic 1-2 large carrots ½ cup flour Rosemary, thyme 1 bottle red wine 1 box beef bone broth, I like using the bone broth ¼ cup black peppercorns ¼ cup brown sugar 1 tosp unsalted butter

I made these tonight for my wife and daughter. I did add a little tomato paste but kept everything else the same. They were some the best ribs I have ever eaten. My daughter was thrilled with the reduction. This truly is a keeper.
