Finished Halo Campaign Evolved. Still need to finish coop with my daughter and collect all skulls etc but my main thoughts are...... This was excellent. It captured the feel of that og game really well, it looks gorgeous, and it reminded me that Halo is a goated game series. Fantastic work Halo

Launching a new Halo game with lower than minimum features is dooming the game to fail before it even ships. Halo Campaign Evolved has: -No Multiplayer -No Custom Games -No Forge -No Firefight -No Theater That's already a disaster. Halo Infinite had nice mountains and trees too... that doesn't keep players around.

Halo 2 remake was heavily hinted at the end of Halo Campaign Evolved. What they should do is make the Halo 2 E3 2003 demo into a bonus mission for the Halo 2 remake. We all deserve the "bet you can't stick it" moment.

Halo: Campaign Evolved has all of these issues because the game was fundamentally rushed out the door last minute. It was originally supposed to launch Nov. 15th, 2026. This was changed due to GTA 6. Yes this is a real, no it's not fake. It's exactly what happened.

Every remaster should have this. Being able to instantly toggle between the original and Anniversary graphics is one of the coolest things Halo has ever done. Imagine if Halo Campaign Evolved let you switch between all three: the original 2001 graphics, Anniversary, and the brand-new visuals. I know that would be impossible with a completely new engine, but man, it would’ve been epic. Also… I just realized the sound effects swap with the visuals too. Can’t wait to jump into Halo Campaign Evolved tomorrow. Expect a flood of posts! 🚀

Had a lot of requests for this so here's the Battle Rifle in action in Halo Campaign Evolved! I don't use precision weapons often as you all know...😆But gameplay-wise it feels fine to me. One thing though is I do wish it had a stronger, more classic BR sound effect to it. #Halo
