"La afirmación de la reflexología de manipular la energía (Qi) no está respaldada por la ciencia; No existe evidencia científica de la existencia de energía vital (Qi), "equilibrio energético", "estructuras cristalinas" o " vías " en el cuerpo."

Please do not drink your own urine (or of other humans, or other animals). Urine therapy is a dangerous hoax and has no clinically relevant medical benefits. It does not prevent, reduce or treat any disease known to humankind. Urine therapy can harm because urine IS NOT sterile. Urine therapy has been used in well-known pseudoscientific practices such as Ayurveda and Yoga and has links to religiosity in healthcare from ancient textbooks - there is absolutely no scientific evidence to this nonsense. It is known as Shivambu Chikista in Tantra Shastra & Ayurveda and is also called as Amaroli Kriya in ancient Yoga. In Ayurveda it is known as Shivambu-Kalpa or Holy Liquid: "Lord Shiva has himself narrated the "benefits of urine therapy” to Mother Parvati which has been referred in the ancient book “Dammar Tantra” in Vedas. In Ancient Hindu Veda texts, urine is referred as “Shivambu” meaning Water of Shiva. Amaroli is a traditional technique in Yoga, used by some ancient yogis of using one’s own urine for therapeutic or spiritual purposes. This may be by drinking it or massaging it into the body. For drinking, midstream urine is used, though some therapists recommend drinking every drop. Auto-urine therapy or drinking ones own urine as a system of alternative medicine was popularized by British naturopath John W. Armstrong in the early 20th century based on quotes from the Bible: Biblical Proverb 5:15 "Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well." Urine therapy was shown to promote multi-drug resistance infections in children and is not considered a "benign" practice anymore. There is no science or evidence in this. So please do not drink your own urine. Your kidneys work hard to get the urine out. Putting it back in is an insult to your kidneys. Please don't insult your kidneys.
