This is for a girl with a pure soul and a huge heart 💔 she just wanted to dance. Naomie Aliza Bikhar, 23 A French-Israeli citizen She was murdered by Hamas terrorists at the Supernova music festival on Oct 7. This is her story: She attended the rave alongside her boyfriend, Oz Ezra, who was also slain that day. The pair tried to flee the onslaught of terrorists, and Oz was shot in the shoulder but continued to run for safety. At the Shaar Hanegev junction, Naomie was killed by a group of terrorists while on a video call with her friends. She was buried in Ashdod on October 9. She is survived by her mother, Simona, and her siblings Livnat, David, Noa and Aviv. Born in France, she and her family moved to Israel when she was 13, following the death of her father, Jacky, according to a eulogy posted on the Ashdod municipal website. The family settled in Ashdod, where she attended religious schools After finishing school, Naomie followed her older sister Livnat into the world of cosmetology, after years of practicing on her friends. Her family said she loved to travel, loved parties and raves — where she met Oz — and was always singing and dancing. Her childhood friend, Eliahu Cohen, wrote on Instagram that he wanted to thank Naomie “for being a huge part of my life, not a day went by when we wouldn’t meet up and spend time together, there wasn’t a day when you didn’t make me laugh so hard it hurt.” Eliahu wrote that he misses “arguing with you about songs” in the car, getting coffee together, how she would send him his horoscope every morning. “Thank you for turning everywhere we went into one big adventure, from Mexico to Greece or even just going to the mall,” he added. “Thank you for lighting up my life and always giving me the best advice, thank you for always lifting my spirits with your crazy joy for life, that you had until your last moments. Thanks for all the times when I needed you and you showed up for me.” Naomie’s mother, Simona, wrote that she was “memorializing you at every opportunity. Thanks to you I was privileged to have a girl with a pure soul, a huge heart, always loved to help others. You’d always bring all your friends over and style them and do their hair and makeup — it was so important to you that others had more than you.” “You are so very missed… my Nono, mom loves you and misses you, and every day I thank God for giving you to me for 23 years.” May Naomie’s memory forever be a blessing 🕯️

Everybody says they want it… But Few have the fortitude to do the things it takes to get what they say they want Seneca 2024 & UPJ commit Zyler Freedman - after a long chase- slays the 🐉 dragon 90 mph off the mound tonight Here’s the story 📖 Zyler came to PVS baselining on the mound at 76.2 summer between Frosh and Sophomore year. No great size or mobility gifts… but what he did have- was the heart of a Lion. And that determination and discipline led to some great gains in his first year at PVS. He had a goal of 90 mph on the mound at PBR in Feb of 2023. He came up short in a memorable display of determination : 88 mph @PBRPennsylvania He dusted himself off and put his efforts into pitch design and command. He became one of the WPIAL’s best pitchers in the toughest baseball section. After that- he went to the Youngstown Class B summer league and pitched well there and committed to UPJ. After his commitment - we sat down and devised a plan. A plan most kids don’t have the patience to execute. It was rooted in Alan Jaeger Jaeger Sports principles of Weening off volume and building two weeks for every down week. We are talking 5 months folks. Throw by throw execution for five months. Five months. Along the way- we built him up using several Randy Sullivan MPT, CSCS concepts as well as tried and tested in house methods. Today was his first “Go day”. And he hit that 90. His boys were as pumped for him as they would have been for themselves. Our plan has just begun - More lay ahead. And what’s certain is- he’ll execute whatever it takes to keep moving forward in this game “It Takes What it Takes” has long been one of our mottos- That’s perhaps never been better demonstrated than Zyler these past 10 months

Every flight begins with a question: what might the weather take from us today? After a few quiet days, a belated Christmas stolen back from the calendar thanks to work. I’m off again this morning from London Heathrow Airport to Delhi, flying the Airbus A350 east into a long winter’s day. It’s a blustery start in London, the kind of wind that keeps crews alert and aircraft honest. At the other end, Delhi may wake under fog, the sort that doesn’t just reduce visibility, but reshapes decisions hours before arrival. This is the part of flying few people ever see. Airline pilots aren’t just drivers of machines; we are risk managers and practiced decision makers. Before a single engine turns, we assess weather trends, probabilities, alternates, fuel burn, holding times, and the quiet “what ifs” that sit between forecast and reality. Fuel isn’t just about getting there… it’s about resilience. Options. Time. Margin. Add a little more for contingency. Plan for what might be waiting. Hope to use none of it. At 35,000 feet the aircraft will look serene, slicing cleanly through the sky, but every smooth arrival is usually the result of decisions made long before pushback; calm, deliberate, and sometimes deliberately conservative. From wind in London to fog in Delhi, today’s flight is a reminder that aviation isn’t about eliminating risk. It’s about understanding it, respecting it, and thinking ahead to ensure it’s accounted for. Right… coffee, weather charts, fuel figures. Let’s go. #PilotLife #AviationLife #RiskManagement #FlightPlanning #AvGeek #A350 #LongHaul #AirlinePilot #FlightDeckView #AboveTheClouds #GlobalAviation #WeatherMatters #BehindTheScenes

Dear Sh Rao Inderjit Singh ji, there is simply no time to waste now in more meetings, investigations and another slew of development plans for Gurgaon. You have represented Gurgaon in Parliament since 2009, and this is your fourth consecutive term. You know this city and its transformation better than most. As a citizens collective, we have been raising these issues since 2013. Gurugram’s sanitation, air-pollution, waste ,broken & inadequate infrastructure and civic failures had already reached #crisis proportions. And yet, every monsoon, we go through the same cycle … a few weeks of rain, a sudden flurry of meetings, promises and action plans … and then the rains pass. But our daily strife remains. We live with the consequences 365 days a year. Sir, If you genuinely want to fix Gurugram, -you will need to shift to Gurgaon for at least 12 months -only then will you truly #see and grasp the scale of gross civic deficiencies and perhaps recognise the need for extraordinary measures, including seeking extraordinary assistance from PMO India and even the Defence forces to rein in the entrenched, #lawlessness #corruption - contractor–transport–waste nexus that appears to operate with no fear of enforcement. For far too long, real-estate growth has been treated as the measure of a successful Gurgaon, while the lived experience of its existing population has been pushed aside. Gurugram has generated enormous resources for the State. Surely, the city that generates this wealth deserves to see a substantial part of that capacity invested back into fixing what is broken, restoring what has been neglected and reducing the daily strife of its residents. And in the midst of this civic crisis, there is simply no room for diverting administrative attention and resources into new development. Stall what can be stalled. I am sure you would agree that there has been enough time, enough representation and enough votes to make a difference to the constituency you have represented for so long. Please look at the attached photographs, taken over the past 48 hours. Gurugram is already in the throes of a civic crisis. Right now the only announcement we want to hear is -MP Gurugram is going to reside in his constituency till the city gets its dues and people’s health safety well being prioritised and not just growth in realty 🙏 #Gurugram #Accountability #Liveability #MPGurgaon Nayab Saini ji Haryana BJP 🙏
