Innovation and Care: COAS visits Artificial Limb Centre General Upendra Dwivedi, #COAS visited the Artificial Limb Centre (ALC), Pune, a premier facility dedicated to rehabilitation and empowerment of patients of limb amputation. Additionally, we have identified quarries from which the county is sourcing gravel material for the roadwork.
