I wish I could wave a magic wand and make it all stop, but I can’t. I can’t because America has reached the terminus after a decades long journey in the quest for greed and power. The final stop has been reached and we must all exit the bus into the world the oligarchs and paid for politicians have delivered us to. A world in which the strongest survive and the weak fall by the wayside. Along the way they have stolen from the poor to give to the rich. They have dispensed with any adherence to the rule of law or the constitution they have twisted like a pretzel to fit their Christian Nationalist vision for a new America stripped of empathy, moral integrity and hope, for all but the chosen few. This is not the America that so many brave men and women fought and died for on distant shores to protect. This is a hollowed out husk of a nation once respected around the world as a protector of freedom and democracy. Somewhere on this journey half the population became infected by a malignant parasite that has burrowed its way into the minds of former rational critical thinkers, to produce a zombie army prepared to sacrifice everything in service of a wannabe American Caesar. In this new America there is no place for the poor the old and the vulnerable. There is certainly no place for dissent or human rights. Theirs is a society for the privileged few served by the many. As you alight the bus, you will be met by the military and Immigration enforcement officers who will separate you out into immigrants, dissenters and the compliant. If you are in the latter group, you will find no social programs, living wage, environmental protections, access to reproductive services, affordable healthcare or child care just a sign that says “ARBEIT MACHT FREI” (work makes you free). If you are not in the compliant group you will be exiled by the state to a country of its choosing. This is a new world in which compliance is everything. A world in which news media reflects the will of the new Caesar and social media is merely a propaganda vehicle for the state narrative, As for elections, they are a thing of the past. It’s like a dream where you fell off the cliff and woke up sweating and clammy with a start, to find the nightmare you had just endured is now your reality and the party you thought were coming to save you, preferred self preservation to the mess you now find yourself in. I wish I could wave a magic wand and make it all stop, but I can’t. I can’t because America has reached the terminus after a decades long journey in the quest for greed and power. The final stop has been reached and we must all exit the bus into the world the oligarchs and paid for politicians have delivered us to. A world in which the strongest survive and the weak fall by the wayside. Along the way they have stolen from the poor to give to the rich. They have dispensed with any adherence to the rule of law or the constitution they have twisted like a pretzel to fit their Christian Nationalist vision for a new America stripped of empathy, moral integrity and hope, for all but the chosen few. This is not the America that so many brave men and women fought and died for on distant shores to protect. In this new America there is no place for the poor the old and the vulnerable. There is certainly no place for dissent or human rights. Theirs is a society for the privileged few served by the many. As you alight the bus, you will be met by the military and Immigration enforcement officers who will separate you out into immigrants, dissenters and the compliant. If you are in the latter group, you will find no social programs, living wage, environmental protections, access to reproductive services, affordable healthcare or child care just a sign that says “ARBEIT MACHT FREI” (work makes you free). If you are not in the compliant group you will be exiled by the state to a country of its choosing. This is a new world in which compliance is everything. Electricity prices to jump by more than 7% across the country. 13% in NSW. The news informs us of the problem, regularly, with lovely puff pieces and point missing articles like the 9 News clip below. They tell us that we will receive a pittance of government assistance, because even though the promise cheaper power, they must give out taxpayer money to soften the blow. They tell us that the price caps didn’t work (which they never do). Price caps cause shortages. They tell us that the energy companies are doing their best. Oh… and my personal favourite, they tell us to shop around… What a joke. The market is dysfunctional, the retailers take the piss, the energy providers take the piss, and the so-called green energy swindle takes the absolute piss. Why doesn’t 9 News, or any of the mainstream outlet for that matter prosecute the case against the ridiculous policy settings that got the country into this mess in the first place. Instead of telling us to chow down on a sandwich made of bull waste, lovingly prepared for us by swindlers, cheats and scoundrels, why don’t they tell us that the sandwich is in fact disgusting poison. That the contents have been slowly crafted by the political elite in partneship with foreign and domestic mega-corporations who prefer to gain wealth from government, and market rigging practices than delivering cheap and reliable energy. The consumer problem is only part of the story. We are deindustrialising because our industrial relations system is better suited to a Kindergarten and that destroys productivity. That the fixed award system and super increases mean government granted pay rises for everyone driving inflation directly. But most importantly that energy is too expensive and too unreliable for industry to cope. Which it should not be, because Australia is a resource superpower. More jobs go overseas, and Australia is more reliant on fragile overseas markets every day. We are on the verge of World War 3 and the media in this country want to inform you of your options - that you should shop for a better deal, in a marketplace that is rigged against you. Rigged and controlled, such that there is no competition. It does not take an expert to see it. If the media is not holding government and the mega-corporations to account, then they really serve no point. Why they are not banging on Bowen’s door and asking him how he has allowed the nation to fall to its knees is beyond me. They ask the wrong questions, and they just repeat the lies. They let the politicians lie their way through elections, and don’t hold them to account on the other side. They are nothing more than a brochure for the political duopoly and predatory mega-corporations. There can be no functioning democracy without a strong and competitive media landscape… and in Australia that simply does not exist. I just want Australia back.

What an evening. What an inaugural Enhanced Games event. Honestly, if I could have scripted it, I could not have imagined a more nail-biting storyline - tension building all night, and then that unbelievable release at the end. I have to admit: I was close to a heart attack. And then I cried tears of joy when Kristian Gkolomeev won the Men’s 50m Freestyle in 20.81s, setting a new world record. He takes home a $1,000,000 bonus, a $250,000 first-place prize - and reclaims the 50m Freestyle world record. Think about what a world record actually means. It means you are better at something than roughly 8 billion other people on this planet. Let that sink in. I know some people expected us to break (many) more world records tonight. But as always in science: baseline matters. Enhancements bring out the best in you - but they are not a magic bullet. Kristian was already one of the best clean swimmers in the world - and then he added the icing on the cake to reach entirely new heights. And needless to say: the air gets thinner at the very top. Especially in the shortest events, breaking a world record has become harder and harder over the decades. And then there is the unquantifiable magic of live sport. It does not matter how good you looked in training camp. It all comes down to that one moment. A few athletes who were world-record contenders had injuries today. Others had stage fright. That is real sport. We have many more years ahead of us to break world records - one by one - and we will. We are just getting started. But world records are not even my favorite part. While breaking world records will always be one of the core themes of the Enhanced Games, what inspires me most is something else: the human drive to become the best version of ourselves. At every stage and time in life. Tonight, 22 personal bests were broken. And in many cases, these were not personal bests from last month or last year, but from many years ago. Again - let that sink in. Take Megan Romano: She set her previous personal best in the 50m freestyle (24.98) on July 16, 2013 - and tonight, nearly 13 years later, she broke it with a 24.55. She had not competed internationally in almost a decade, and at 35 years old she is now better than she was in her early twenties after only a few weeks of enhanced training. Megan defied aging in spectacular fashion and became a role model for all of us on how to age better - or maybe even how not to age at all – with the power and support of medical enhancements. Or take Emily Barclay - an athlete who had previously competed only at NCAA level. Her 50m freestyle time tonight would have been enough to win bronze in Paris. And it earned her $375,000. A true Cinderella story - made possible not by a fairy godmother, but by science. I could go on and on - and I will. Because we want to tell all of these incredible, deeply personal stories. World records are these almost mythical, elusive numbers. But winning the race against ourselves, against aging, against doubt, against the people who told us what is supposedly impossible - that is what truly inspires me. And I know it will inspire many of you too. Because Enhanced is not just a sporting event. It is a movement. A movement to help every human being become the best version of themselves. Let’s go!!!

I understand that many of you are eager to access and use your Pi as soon as possible. But I encourage you to pause and reflect: After years of mining, is it truly worthwhile to sell your Pi for a few hundred or even a few thousand dollars? What happens after the money is gone? Who will support you during unexpected financial hardships? Consider the many people who once had stable incomes but eventually fell into poverty due to job loss or medical issues. If you sell all your Pi now, what will you have left when your family needs you most? This is why we must take action—not through monetary investment or years of uncertainty, but through unity and education. If 10 million pioneers each share the GCV message with just 5 to 10 a day across social platforms, we could rapidly shift awareness and perception. We can easily have 30 million pioneers with long-term vision. At present, the road to a successful OM is blocked by a lack of consensus. Many pioneers are focused only on short-term profits, unaware of the true potential of Pi. Despite the existence of 25+ DApps on the Mainnet, there is still no unified price, and most merchants value Pi at just a few dollars—some even less—due to the price on exchanges hovering around $0.50. This trend is damaging. The continued price decline stems from pioneers treating Pi solely as a free commodity to sell without a low bottom line. The rush for KYC, migrations, and speculative trading only accelerates this downward pressure. Recently, the migration of 30 million Pi in one day caused a $0.12 price drop. Some analysts believe that if this continues unchecked, Pi could fall to $0.12. With over 330 million Pi scheduled to be released from long-term lockups, and most pioneers holding large amounts, the influx to the market will further strain the price. Had so much fun chatting with Greg Kaplan (Greg Kaplan) and Michael Brennan of e61 Institute about Australia's stagnant productivity growth and how to fix it. The 2010s saw Australia's weakest productivity growth in 60 years. It was in many ways a lost decade.
