Throwing a club vs throwing a baseball requires the use of different muscles on different sides of the arms…..We use the extensor tendon muscles to deliver the baseball and the flexor tendon muscles to deliver a club. The entire musculoskeletal system works 180 degrees differently…..Not sure why you’d want to remap the way our musculoskeletal system was designed to throw.
