Remember the Ajay Devgan movie where he rides with 2 legs kept on different bikes? That's the BJP today - one leg is in 1947 and the other leg is in 2047. The present doesn't exist. Young urban middle-class Indians are IGNORED by the Govt. No one cares about... show more

The reason is that Indians hire other Indians. This creates the epiphenomenon of native occupational flight, which has been observed by the likes of Lord Elton since the 1960s. In towns and cities in Cornwall and Devon, places like Subway are often still staffed by young English people working part-time. In more diverse areas, they are not, not only because of the ethnic cronyism of those hiring, but also because they do not want to work with 40-year-old Indians. Not only is it an unappealing work environment for a native young person, who would prefer to work with their peers, but it is also seen as becoming tainted and low-status.

Why does no one talk about the problems faced by middle-class youth working in corporate jobs in our cities? 👉 About 34% of Indian youth in corporate jobs are paid much less than they deserve 👉 Most young Indian employees are overworked, underpaid, and in constant fear of being laid off or losing their jobs 👉 The idea of job satisfaction does not exist for youth in corporate India A short 2 min clip from my speech in Parliament on Budget 2026 👇

If you listen to them, they have only one problem today; the only problem they have as far as they are concerned is 2027 election, and that's why, when you listen to them, that's what they talk about as if they are in opposition, as if their mandate has ended, as if they don't have a duty to solve the problems that the country is confronted with. - Bolaji Abdullahi, ADC spokesperson, speaking about the ruling APC #PoliticsToday

This is Agnimitra Paul. She is the Minister of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs in the BJP government of West Bengal "You cannot heat milk for a baby on the street!" — this single sentence exposes how ruthless the class character of power truly is. The occupation of footpaths by the poor is noticed, but the encroachment of streets by the cars of the rich is conveniently ignored! If urban policy is not about developing the city but rather "evict the poor, protect the rich"—then who is this development actually for? There is no space to heat a baby's milk, and no shelter for the homeless—yet they are the ones being criminalized. Do the state and the city exist for the people, or merely to protect the interests of the propertied class?

⚠️SHOCKING⚠️ Why is no one talking about this?! The Modi Govt has quietly rescued thousands of South Indians (Tamils, Mallus, etc.) from slavery in the Gulf. Every year, thousands more are being saved. No government in the world cares for their citizens like this—only Modi is doing it silently. Despite getting no electoral benefit and BJP workers being relentlessly targeted in these states, Modi didn’t hesitate to act. This is why Modi is the world’s most respected leader!

My budget speech today at the National Assembly 🇵🇰 on 2026-27 budget. Please compare this with the one posted on official Facebook and Twitter accounts of the National Assembly 🇵🇰, if and when it is posted. If speeches are censored in the most sovereign house of the country what hope does there is for dialogue and end to political polarisation.

I often call it the Indian dream. A young person from a small town, with no special access or resources, gets an opportunity and goes on to build a global business. Perhaps that is why so many young Indians relate to my journey. They do not just see where I am today. They see where I started and recognise a little bit of themselves in that story. Knowing that this gives someone the courage to start is one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Sanders: In all due respect to Congresswoman Stevens, everyone knows that this is not an election between her and Abdul El-Sayed. This is an election between Abdul and the billionaire class. That is what this election is about. A billionaire class which has already—and there are two weeks left to go in the election—already spent $50 million against him. Now, I want everybody here throughout the state, people turning on their TVs and seeing all these ads, I want you to ask yourself a simple question: Why are the richest people in the country spending tens and tens of millions of dollars to defeat Abdul El-Sayed? Why does the billionaire class feel that they need to outspend him in this election 12 to 1? Twelve to one. What are they afraid of? And the answer is obvious: They understand quite correctly that when Abdul is elected to the Senate, he will work with me and other progressives in taking on the greed of the billionaire class. That’s what the billionaires are afraid of and they should be afraid.

Ursula von der Leyen: We have one ultimate goal in this summit and that is peace for Ukraine, peace with strength, and for that Ukraine needs to have a secure funding for the next two years. I have made two proposed options on the table for this funding. One is funding through the EU budget, borrowing against the budget, and the second possibility is the reparations. So today we will have the discussions about which one or who to use. There will be intensive discussions. For me the most important part is that at the end of the day we have secured the funding for the next two years.

'The customer is always right. We are the main customer' – US Commerce Secretary Latnik explained why Americans can impose sanctions on India and other countries. 'Before the conflict [in Ukraine], the Indians bought less than 2% of their oil from Russia. Less than 2%. And now they buy 40% of their oil from Russia. Why do they do this? Because the oil is under sanctions, it is really very, very cheap, as the Russians are trying to find buyers. And the Indians simply decided: forget it, let's buy cheap and make a lot of money. But you know what? This is just wrong. It's absurd. And they need to decide whose side they are on. You know what's funny? The Chinese sell to us. The Indians sell to us. They won't be able to sell to each other. We are the consumer for the whole world. People should remember: it is our $30 trillion economy that is the consumer of the world. So in the end, they will all have to come back to the customer, because we all know: in the end, the customer is always right.' - SK

We are contesting this election against the LDF, which is fully supported by the BJP. On one side is the UDF; on the other is an alliance of the LDF and the BJP. Many years ago, a well-known economist spoke about the existence of a hidden force in the market while explaining economic principles. But here in the Keralam election, there are hidden hands of the BJP. And the BJP does not want the UDF here because the only force that challenges them in the country is the Congress party. We have an ideological difference with the BJP-RSS. The BJP understands that the LDF can never challenge them at the national level. They also know that if they are in power in Delhi and the LDF is in power in Keralam, it remains fully under their control. : LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi 📍Adoor, Keralam

This is 🇨🇦 Politics: The NDP's Leah Gazan goes on the most BIZARRE rant about funding cuts—why denying their "stories" is hatred—and how extremism is causing residential school denialism. One woman says healing (funding) may take FOREVER and blames the residential schools for generational drug abuse—while the other blames generational ADHD for the same problem. Canadian politics: where serious governance doesn't exist.

The middle class is being sandwiched between the rich class and the poor class. The middle class is caught between rising costs and rising taxes. For the middle class, this Budget had one message. Carry on as you were. In Parliament, I pointed out that there was no revision in income tax slabs and no increase in standard deduction, despite stagnant salaries and inflation at 6.8%. I urged the Finance Minister to correct this in this Budget itself by raising the standard deduction from ₹75,000 to ₹1.5 lakh for the salaried class. Meanwhile, household costs keep climbing. Education 8% 🔺, healthcare 9% 🔺, rent 7% 🔺, food 6% 🔺, transport 5% 🔺. For the first time in years, personal income tax collections are higher than corporate tax. Individuals paid around ₹11 lakh crore, corporates about ₹9.8 lakh crore. Either give tax relief, or give investment savings & incentives so the middle class can save more and build wealth.

Bessent threatened the entire world in perhaps the most authoritative speech that makes other nations hate Americans for this arrogance. He thinks he is still with Soros and can now really manipulate the world economy. Those who ask if I have any connection with him the answer is FLAT OUTRIGHT NO WAY!!!!! We are adversaries and he would sooner destroy the USA before ever consulting Socrates. He hates my guts.

It is quite clear that Nick Fuentes is no longer in line with the 2016 Alt Right or MAGA. He cares more about Iran than he cares about mass immigration and deportations. He is a demoralizing shill. He will blame others for working for the 'small country in the Middle East', AKA Israel, but one has to ask whether he's an agent for OTHER small, or maybe big, countries in the Middle East. He is certainly beholden to his Muslim superchatters, and maybe also their governments.
